Cute.

But heck no.not when they offer varieties of caffeinated and non caffeinated tea, they'd have concern for employees. However, if you're losing sleep over this question, might wanna call that number listed under "QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS"maybe they'll chuckle with it.

in some places, you could be...

I knew a guy that was fired from one grocery store for going into another store. And there was NOTHING he could do.

And a lady I knew of asked her boss if she could dye her hair blue...and the manager said "Yes." But then the manager changed his mind and told her to dye it back. She refused and was fired. And there was nothing she could do. (They did try to block her from getting unemployment but she fought that and won.)

Another person I knew of was fired over a false positive on a drug test. He was able to prove it was false but he was still fired. BUT! He was able to sue them over a defamation case because he had to disclose that he had been fired for a drug test.

And a story I read about was a woman was fired for bringing a slice of pizza with some pork on it! I do not know what happened after that. I would have made a religious discrimination claim. That banning pork was forcing me to follow a religious standard at work and is no different than making me pray.
