Orphan Black - Season 5

It ended very nicely although the action peaked a little early in the finale. 4/5

Overall one of my favorite TV series over the last few years. Tatiana Maslany was really incredible playing all those roles.

Thanks for this thread. I'll rate shows as I complete seasons of them, and maybe some pilots.

Ooh, I just discovered Orphan Black when I went to visit my son. Saw the opener and I was hooked. Got to the last episode of Season 1--gotta see the rest. Tatiana is incredible in it. I was hooked and still am; have a total crush on her! smile

I really enjoy Death In Paradise, a murder mystery set in the fictious Carribean island of Sainte Marie. (There is a real island with that name, but it's off the coast of Madagascar.) It's a typical detective story that always follows the same formula: there's a murder and the police inspector finds out who did it. It's also a bit colonial: the inspector is a white Englishman while his black team (two men and one beautiful woman), who call him "chief" and "sir" are only supporting characters. But still, the characters are believable and fun. The predictable storyline is part of the fun: you don't wonder if our hero will find the killer, but how. And the tropical setting is wonderful; it gives you that holiday feeling. cool

Not technically finished yet, there's just one more episode to go, but the new Twin Peaks has far exceeded my expectations. I've always loved the original show so my hopes were high for the return but since its come back it's just blown me away. There's nothing else like it and there never will be.

Loves it! Great, awkward cameo/special guest by Lenny Kravitz in one episode. Pamela is deadpan and hilarious, the kids are a riot. I love the genderbending use of names (most of the women have male names and vice versa). Her fancy mother next door is one of the best characters on the show.

Lovable animated idiot The Tick is now a live action TV series on Amazon Prime. I gotta say the first episode was hilarious and featured some fun, unexpected cameos. If you liked the comic or the cartoon you will love the show. I cannot wait to see The Tick use modernities such as the internet and cell phones as these things were not common in the first show back in the day.

Game Of Thrones - Season 7

The writing this season suffered from not having the books available as a source, but I still enjoyed it a lot. 4.5/5

The entire series is good, but I thought the first two seasons were the best when the audience was trying to figure out what the hell was going on.

I haven't really seen a TV show quite like this. The last couple of episodes are fucking poetry. 9.9/10

I haven't seen more than a few minutes of it yet, but my son's putting in overtime claiming it's my type of show, but after watching dude beat an emaciated Charley Murphy down, I'm having a really hard time getting back to it.

The Tunnel - Season 2: Sabotage

I really like this international crime drama series--primarily due to the chemistry between leads Stephen Dillane (Stannis Baratheon on Game of Thrones) and Clémence Poésy. 4/5

The Saint (1962-69) Before he played James Bond, Roger Moore played Simon Templar in this 60s classic tv show, which is still available on HULU. I love it and Roger was so scrumptious with perfect hair and all love biggrin 4.5 out of 5 popcorn

Also I have been watching episodes of the classic 70s show Wonder Woman (1975-79) starring the amazing Lynda Carter worship . I have really enjoyed it......but I find it hilarious how a computer, a robot, aliens, a time traveller from the future, a physic kid and a leprechaun know Diana Prince's real identity.....but yet Steve Trevor/Steve Trevor Jr have no qlue, even when she isn't wearing glasses or has her hair down lol nuts Plus the fashions from Season 2 and 3 are truly fabulous thumbs up! Lynda took color co-ordination to a whole new epic level eg. the color of some of her outfits matched the interior of her car.....her car!. I give it a 4.5 out of 5 popcorn This article pretty much sum up my appreciation to the fashion of the tv show titled "Lynda Carter was the best dressed woman on 1970s television" http://www.metv.com/stori...television

I just started Survivor's Remorse from the beginning, so far I see me sticking with this.
Trying Ballers, but gotta go back to the beginning. I watch it but really have no idea whats going on, but I still watch, a good sign for me.

Tried Claws, does not seem like my kind of show.

LOVE Queen Sugar.

The Movie Title was Black Cat - i really enjoyed it smile !

Yep I realised afterwards.....

Very good indeed.

The Detour: crazy inappropriate and funny. Season 1 seemed to be better than season 2. I hope season 3 keeps it up!

Bob's Burgers: now this is a well-made cartoon. Funny and loaded with adult humor and it seems to play with (in an accepting manner) gender and sexual identity.

Roger Moore was the first choice for Bond but he was committed to"the Saint" so Sean Connery got the role. (which actually by some accounts changed Bond's background to Scottish)

Yep, I'm all in on Survivor's Remorse. LeBron James' show. Never in a million years would I have thought I'd get into a "sports" show, but then again it's not a sport's show at all. Loving this family, they crazy in a good way.

Orphan Black (season 5) - one of my favorite shows, and the final season did not disappoint. I'm sad it's over, but I'm glad they didn't ride out the show until it got overcomplicated and hokey. 4.5/5

Game Of Thrones (season 7) - Unfortunately short season, but each episode was packed full of great moments and full of suspense. 4/5

Riverdale (season 1) - Fun teen, crime dramedy that I didn't feel embarassed about watching 3.5/5

Stranger Things (season 1) - I put off watching this, because I thought the 80's kid nostalgia would be annoying, but I LOVED this show. Looking forward to more information about "the Upside Down" in season 2! 4/5

Fleabag (series 1) - Hilarious, a bit maddening, and ultimately kind of sad. I just saw that series 2 is not out until 2019! Grrr 3.7/5 mad

If you will, so will I
