Thoughts and predictions.

3)Mother of Dragons can get pregnant by John someone who shares ancestry. Needs to be at least partially Targaryen.
Wow. That's an interesting perspective. I didn't think about it this way.

4)Tyrion has been making a lot of bad choices because he is a little conflicted with his family. He wants to win without killing his brother. So, his decisions are light footed, meaning he isn't bringing his A game. Tyrion wants Dany to win, but internally he doesn't want his brother dead.

That's very true. But I still think Tyrion has some kind of ace up his sleeve. He may be hitting off the mark with his strategies but it doesn't dismiss the fact that he's still a clever thinker.

Next episode the White walkers breach the wall and take the castle. They have nothing to stop them now that they have this new weapon to use that nobody knows they have (so, they can't prepare).

All hell will break loose. The next stop after Castle Black is Winterfell, correct? And what if the Night King, the Dead Army and the dead dragon make it to Winterfell before Jon can get back there? hmmm

Oh, and the leader of the iron fleet will attempt to kill Mother of Dragons in the meeting of the king and queens.

Well, I'm well prepared for one or maybe even two main characters to meet their demise in this finale. I think that Jon, Daenerys, Tyrion and Jaime are protected and will move on to the final season...everybody else is game....especially Theon. lol

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Winterfell will fall the beginning of next season (after all other

northern kingdoms fall by the wall.). John will give his life to defeat the night king and we find out Dany is pregnant with John's child.) As for who gets the iron throne? Dany by default, no way is cersi going to survive this. We are not going to get a happy ending this IS Game of Thrones. Will beat the walkers, but at a cost.

This season went by entirely too fast. Urgh, only to have to wait nearly 12-15 months to see the final season...this is going to be an excruiating wait. pout Oh well, here's my two cents of the season finale:

The Best Moments
-Arya executing Littlefinger and his trial. clapping It's been a LONG time coming for Littlefinger he finally got what was coming to him. The way Sansa played him was brilliant, I was hoping all along that she really wasn't falling for his games and as it turns out, she used his manipulations on him. Having Arya carry out the killing was genius. That girl is straight up fierce. I can't wait to see what she does in the final season.

-Jaime walkng away from Cersei. clapping She called him "the most stupidest Lannister" and still expected him to go along with her anyway. Good job Cersei. She's good as dead in the final season and rightfully so.

-The confirmation of Jon's real name, Aegon Targaryen. That's one powerful name.

-The destruction of the wall by the white walker dragon. Yeesh. That was one epic scene.

-Jon telling Theon "Then why are you here talking to me?" and turned and walked away. Classic!!! clapping

The Squirm Moment
-sigh I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE me some Jon and I like Daenerys....I'm a hopeless romantic so I'm a believer of love. I love to see folks who are in love, being in love, but dammit this incest stuff makes me squirm. Urgh. We all knew it was going to happen and we know they don't know that the other is fucking their aunt/nephew but I'm just not a fan of incest.

The "HUH"? Moments
-Umm...the last time The Hound was at King's Landing was during the battle at Blackwater when he walked away and said "fuck the King (Joffrey)". So how is it that he was able to stand in King's Landing without the Lannister's not taking off his head for his betrayal? hmmm Did they just completely forget about it or just wrote it off?

-What was up with the scene where The Hound confronts his brother in front of everyone? Was that really necessary? Seemed a little cheesy to me.

-Another cheesy moment was Daenerys arriving fashionably late on her dragon. Look, I get it, she's the dragon queen, she wants Cersei to know who she is, but this particular time she arrived on her dragon, with everyone looking at her, seemed a little bit silly.

Observations/Predictions
1. As Kewlschool said last week and based on the conversation between Jon and Daenerys' conversation about her ability to have children, she's definitely going to get pregnant by Jon.

2. I wish we could've seen more of Greyworm this season. I'm feeling like I missed him (and so did Missandei). love

3. Jorah was clearly annoyed when he realized that something was brewing between Jon and Daernerys. lol Poor guy. He's still in love with her but he never gets a chance at her.

4. Tyrion peeking in the hallway when he saw Jon go into Daernerys' room on the boat means something. Does he know something more than he letting on? Was there more to his conversation with Cersei back at Kings Landing? hmmm

5. I'm excited to see Jon reunite with Bran and Arya, but I'm not sure there will be much time since the Dead Army is clearly marching towards Winterfell.

6. I've said this before, but I would also love to see a reunion between Arya and Gendry. Speaking of Gendry, where is he now? He can't possibly be back at King's Landing.

7. So is Tormund good as dead now?

8. Will Tyrion welcome Jaime with open arms since it appears that's where he's headed?

9. Say what you will, Jaime and Brienne got feelings for each other. The way he looks at her is a tad different than how he looked at Cersei...like she lost her mind...especially the way she got to wear the crown.

10. Yay, Theon FINALLY has found some courage. Now, when he reaches his sister, is she going to turn him away since he's betrayed her so many times before?

11. Oh yeah, Euron Greyjoy is good as dead next season too.

12. Will the Red Woman come back and provide some assistance in helping defeat the Dead Army?

13. I knew that Cersei wasn't going to give a damn about the dead army. But her thirst of maintaining power will be her downfall. She basically has no one but the spawn in her belly now.

14. We know some key characters are going to meet their demise next season. Just based on the conversation between Tyrion and Daenerys in the last episode, I believe that it will be Daernerys who will die, Jon will live.

thumbs up!

I get the sense Arya knows Littlefinger's angle. Her training taught her how to read people as well. If and when Bran gets his head out of his wheels and tells his sisters the damn truth, Baelish is DOA.

Well, I got something right this season. L/F had to go, but the Stark kids pulled off one of the greatest swerves in the show.

Can a pregnant Cersi be killed off?

Bran is definitely still in there, he took pleasure in avenging his family, that boy sang like a canary to his sisters, had to of told them everything. I saw that slight smile on his face. Stark children unite.

Okay what is that substance that dragon spewed out, I mean did it melt the wall or freeze beyond belief?

Tormund's not dead, he didn't come all this way to go out like that.

Bran doesn't see everything, obviously.

Of course she can! Robb's wife was probably about 7 or 8 months pregnant when she was killed. It would be befitting if Arya was the one to off Cersei.

They've all lost so much been through a lot. It's refreshing to see them all sticking together and having each other's backs.

Okay what is that substance that dragon spewed out, I mean did it melt the wall or freeze beyond belief?
It's blue fire. More powerful than regular fire since it's powered with the Night King's magic. The "night" dragon is also 10x quicker than Dany's remaining two dragons.

Tormund's not dead, he didn't come all this way to go out like that.
I sure hope not. He's had some great hilarious one liners. Plus I still want to see him pursue Brienne and watch her roll her eyes. lol

Bran doesn't see everything, obviously.
Yeah it appears that he has to warg in at specific times and doesn't automatically possess the knowledge of the past...but of course, he's still learning how to use his special power.

I thought there was a chance this was a "work" to take care of Littlefinger. The Stark kids stuck together.

-Jaime walkng away from Cersei. clapping She called him "the most stupidest Lannister" and still expected him to go along with her anyway. Good job Cersei. She's good as dead in the final season and rightfully so.

I sense a perverse Romeo and Juliet type of death for the Lannister twins. One is likely to kill the other.

-Jon telling Theon "Then why are you here talking to me?" and turned and walked away. Classic!!! clapping

Jon finally told Theon about himself, forgiving him for his crimes while making sure he understood he was both "Stark and Greyjoy." Probably for the first time. This Theon angle could be huge if Theon finds a way to take out Euron and flip the fleet for the Targaryen(s) team.

I agree. Not here for it. It's baked into the GoT canon, but still, not here for it.

I suppose so, the GoT writers are telegraphing their punches now.

3. Jorah was clearly annoyed when he realized that something was brewing between Jon and Daernerys. lol Poor guy. He's still in love with her but he never gets a chance at her.

He felt more resigned than anything else. He seems to like "AeJon."

4. Tyrion peeking in the hallway when he saw Jon go into Daernerys' room on the boat means something. Does he know something more than he letting on? Was there more to his conversation with Cersei back at Kings Landing? hmmm

I see it a different way -- if Jon replaces Tyrion as her confidante, that makes him a Lannister without a home and little to do. Tyrion's arc has been downward since the Battle at Meereen.

6. I've said this before, but I would also love to see a reunion between Arya and Gendry. Speaking of Gendry, where is he now? He can't possibly be back at King's Landing.

I don't know, but I give him a puncher's chance at him and Arya surviving the wole thing.

12. Will the Red Woman come back and provide some assistance in helping defeat the Dead Army?

She is one of the biggest wild cards left on the board.

13. I knew that Cersei wasn't going to give a damn about the dead army. But her thirst of maintaining power will be her downfall. She basically has no one but the spawn in her belly now.

Tyrion's cred as Hand is completely shot now.

14. We know some key characters are going to meet their demise next season. Just based on the conversation between Tyrion and Daenerys in the last episode, I believe that it will be Daernerys who will die, Jon will live.

Every house will take a major hit. If AeJon is Azor Ahai, he'll wind up as the savior. I still wouldn't put it past GRRM or the showrunners to end the saga with the Night King on top.

I liked pretty much everything (well, maybe "like" isn't really what I'd say about the incest, but they don't know yet, so it's not quite the same as the Lannisters, I guess) but was a little meh about the ending. It seemed a little obsessive that the dragon would "burn" the whole damn wall to the ground. Also, what was the Night King's plan if he hadn't gotten the dragon? Knocking?

Yeah... It's obviously still great television and one of the best shows, but... it's starting to show lazy writing at times, I think.

I don't know how but I forgot about Rob's wife, well there went that theory.

I enjoyed that scene.

I thought it was something on the line with the wildfire, except it's blue but couldn't be sure.

I just had a troubling thought about the next meeting of Brienne and Tormund, it would be in GoT fashion, but I wouldn't like it.

I'm wondering if Bran is aware of the NK.

Now I'm questioning if Winterfell would be the first place the WW would go. Seems logical, but unless they do that amazing time jumping thing they do, how will Jon and Co. get back before the WW dragon attacks? Now we know these dragons are magically fast and this one supposedly faster. So from the Wall to WF couldn't take that long. Seems crappy that the Stark siblings, Sam & Gilly, get blown to smithreens in a matter of seconds just as they all get back together. Do they even have the dragonglass yet? Seems so pointless. Plus, even if Jon & Co makes it back to WF in time, that battle can't last that long, like one episode, leaving 6 episode of fighting with Cersei, unless there's a twist.
