What happens to the characters in a joke you tell?

Actually by telling the joke we create their universe. We are gods to them, creating their surroundings and dictating their actions, and can alter the very fabric of their reality with nothing more than a breath if we so choose. We could tell the joke in a way that would not have her drinking wine, but instead choose to expose the child to the risk of potential issues before it is even born, possibly crippling it for the rest of it's life; usually without ever even caring about the lesser beings's futures and well being.

That's actually a perspective I'd first encountered on THE TWILIGHT ZONE... the final episode shot...(or aired... I forget which at this point)... COME WANDER WITH ME.

It depicts song characters' existence and inability to escape the fate, after being bound by those words and stories in a permanent repeating reality.

It frequently gets trashed on by people, critics etc... Maybe they just don't "get it" ...maybe some found FLOYD BURNEY irritating....because he truly was an asshole
