I would like to inform all of you, you have been cutting round cakes wrong

Now go enjoy your cake.

Those rubberbands would get quite messy on many cakes though.

First, the dry, leftover cake problem has already been solved. It's called a covered cake plate, you poumpous ass. Second, if you have cake leftover long enough to go dry, it wasn't very good to begin with, was it now? And finally, let's see you try this squishing together of the pieces with a cake covered in buttercream or whipped cream frosting, genius.

Yeah. This only works with an un-frosted cake, or one that has a "hard" frosting. And still, you're putting your hands all over the cake every single time to push it together.

Proof that mathematitians may be smart in some respects, but can be just as daft as anyone else in others.
