1Sasha	I have had one for years, updated as need be. Don't forget the medical directive, living will and power-of-attorney. You think Prince had any of those?

FunkOnTheOne	I must admit it hasn't. I'm married so everything goes to my other half. If that's not an option it just goes to next of kin. I'm also in the UK and don't have a large estate so no taxes will be due.
