morningsong	My experiment: I've given up caffiene because... ...I saw this and realized that seems to be me on caffiene. Running around and ain't did jack sh*t. http://scienceblogs.com/s...-on-drugs/ So I'm going to see if I get more done, without caffiene even if I'm a bit sluggish due to lack of sleep, or does caffiene help jumpstart me to at least get something done even if it is erractic.

I had to give up coffee because I liked it but it didn't like me. razz lol

I've tried....but I can't kick it lol also living near a coffee shop maybe has alot to do with it nuts coffee nod

If I drink it these days, it's like drinking acid. razz Had to switch to herbal tea.

morningsong	Yep and it seems wine too. Actually I drink a lot of starbucks refreshers, especially during hot weather and even that little bit of caffeine really affects me. I'm such a sensitive soul.

Aw, thanks backatcha I don't know if I'm gettin' her dun or not. But I've started back to falling sound asleep at night. Caffeine is supposed to help migraines though.

nonames	I have massively cut down the amount of coffee I drink. I noticed a while back that if for whatever reason I didn't drink any coffee one morning I had a bad headache. I still drink one or two cups a day, but I used to drink a lot more... [Edited 7/25/16 18:43pm]
