If your are suppose to be on an elite team(SWAT) than I guess you understand the risks are greater. What's the point of having a SWAT team if all they do is, stand ourside and watching? Folks were texting loved one asking them to call the police and for the police to hurry. Damn, the SWAT team was there, standing outside! neutral

As I said...

The police (Swat Team) stood out side and did nada - this being sweep under the rug.
