I don't know if it's used outside of Cuba but here it is: Pingaaaa!!!

I've heard that word a couple of times here, but here they use verga or pito.

I guess it's a Cuba thing then...
Here is a YouTube video that explains its use there...kinda funny:

Ok muy bien vato.

Just English fluently. Pero, estoy aprendiendo espanol. The majority of my friends speak spanish so I've slowly been learning. I understand more than I can speak right now lol I'm also very into Bollywood and Desi culture so I've caught onto a few words in hindi here and there, it'd be awesome to learn someday.

I learned to speak Spanish to a degree when I lived in Cali, but being down in the dirty South, that ability is swiftly disappearing... Hear me y'all?

Sí, sí. Qué vergüenza... Sin embargo, me sorprende que no haya latinos tan muchos como en el sur de los EU. Pensaba que Texas está al lado de México y los otros estados estadounidenses también.

Yes..I suppose I could have been more specific. Many a Spanish speaker and bi-linguals in TX...but Louisiana and new Orleans and especially rural LA areas are nearly devoid of Spanish influence. There is a burgeoning Honduran population in the new Orleans and surrounding area...but NOTHING at all like California. Some neighborhoods have more signs in Spanish than in English in many parts of California...French has that kind of hold in Louisiana.

Texas is Texas...the dirty South is a lil' different.

"Oh yeah. It's a shame... However, I'm surprised that there are not as many Latinos as in the US south. I thought Texas is/was (?) next to Mexico and so are/were (?) the other US states."

It should be like this (speaking British English): "I found out that my English is not as good as Ithought it was. And I want so badly to get better; and it's easier /I wasn't sure if I understood what you wanted to say because of the typo/ to learn French and be able to sing Edith Piaf songs."

.

Well, I had worse grades in French than in English biggrin I learnt English through reading English texts, listening to spoken English (yes, songs count!) and interacting with English speakers, mostly online cause there are not too many English speakers in the place I live (and where I attended high school).

Me parece divertida la manera de la cual cantaba Prince Te amo, corazón. La gente que habla sólo inglés como su primera lengua habitualmente dice "ti" al lugar de "te". Así que me sueña Ti amo, corazón lol. Habría podido decir Amo a ti, jaja.

Now i realize how many mistakes i made along those lines. I know, that's what i do, i read and listen to spoken english, actually i listen to a guy called Luke, he makes podcasts, they are quite entertaining and useful. By the way is Luke's English.

Es cierto, generalmente las personas de habla inglesa al hablar español, no tienen un buen acento; creo que a ellos les cuesta más trabajo sonar como hablantes nativos de español que a nosotros sonar como hablantes nativos de inglés.
