DC is not going to let Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman or any other big hero that can be used in a movie to be on the tv shows. They are very anal bout keeping both the Movie Universe and the TV Universe separate.

I only watched a couple of episodes but found it very confusing compared to the comic books.

And how did they explain the namechange from Arrow to the original name Green Arrow?

I´d love to see Green Lantern show up in that series because I really liked those old school Green Lantern/Green Arrow stories drawn by Neal Adams. And Dinah Lance looked pretty hot.

Didn´t they also ruin the whole Dinah Lance story in the TV show? It´s very different compared to the comics.

Like Smallville, the TV shows change alot of things to fit their story line.

Well there was internet rumour that John Diggle could be Green Lantern (Jon Stweart). If so to me that would be an after thought and so forced. The writers would now have to rewrite stuff saying that Diggle was adopted and that his real parents were the Stewarts (wow how convenient).

But now he is going as Spartan

I think it was the air field where The Flash was figuring how fast he could run. I think its also been mentioned when the Arrow went to Coastal City. It was more Easter Egg than actual character.

Cool. I know that they mentioned Elonglated Man (Ralph Dibny) on Flash. On last nights episode of Supergirl, Supergirl was fighting a bad guy with a helmet on his head and Supergirl said "I thought that they only wore masks in that other city". By saying that it opens up the DC world to Supergirl the series. Was she talking about Gotham???? Arrow/Flash????

*I dont think the CW shows have referenced Fox Gotham, but I stopped watching that shit show last year so I don't know if Gotham gave a shout out to CW.

Well I doubt that it is for Gotham the TV series since time lines won't match up. I think it's just to acknowledge Batman (and other DC heroes) in general.
