So, if Van Hunt or whoever is your favourite non-corporarate artist joins Tidal they will become equal partners in the venture? It looks like they wont. However a small group of artists who did start the site will benifit, kind of misleading. Instead of corporate suits stealing a lesser artists lunch, a bigger artist will do it instead.
