Smoking is even worse for you than previously known

In addition to greatly increasing your chances of contracting 12 different kinds of cancer and a host of other diseases, research just published shows that smoking also increases your chances of contracting five other diseases - significantly increased risks of infection, kidney disease, intestinal disease caused by inadequate blood flow, and heart and lung ailments not previously attributed to tobacco.

Plus, smoking makes you stink, makes your clothes, home and car stink, makes your skin sticky and yellow, and gives women cellulite.

Oh yeah - it can kill the people around you.

If you smoke, please quit. You are being murdered legally. Why would you let someone kill you like this?

I've finally quit for good; however, there's not a day that goes by that I don't get a craving for a smoke, but I'm holding my ground. I just wait for the urge to pass and go on about my business of
"staying clean." whew

I sometimes smoke high-quality cuban cigars (like 15 per year) but that's about it
