gwen stefani ...her kids bleached hair...

Why does gwen stefani bleach her kids hair? Her eldest looks like a little fashion victim. It must be so bad for him, is she really that shallow? That she's made her kids into a rock n roll cliché? I dread to think if one of them was a girl...I think its vile she does this. You?

I think the first time kingston was only 3..bet he cried his head off at the time with that bleach on his hair for an hour or so...poor thing.

Do you have pictures, so I can see what you're saying? I don't think blonde is fitting on her, either. She wore it for so long, you get used to seeing it.

Agreed. Those kids are natural blondes. I'm guessing the only thing that has been put on their hair is lemon juice - and that's only a guess.

Unlike Gwen, the kids appear to be natural blondes, which I'm sure will change as they get older.

Better

...and I also believe that not everyone has the face or color for blonde hair, including some whites.

That kid's hair is still blonde when shaved. It might be lightened a little when longer but that doesn't mean that it was bleached. The longer my kid's hair is the lighter is looks - no lightening done.

Also, the blonde looks fantastic on her. Completely compliments her skin tone.

This picture below looks like he is bleached...

I'm curious about the first picture on the top. Are you saying that his hair is supposed to look and grow like that?

Who cares. Circumcision is much more painful than a little bleach or some pierced ears and nobody gives a fuck about that.

I think the oldest is brown (now bleached)

the 2nd is still blond,

the youngest is brown with blondish highlights

But I don't know if either of the 2nd or 3rd child's hair is being dyed.

I guess as long as it is being done safe and it's healthy it's her life

imo bleaching their hair does not promote a sense of healthy self esteem for them as children. i hope they don't feel being blond is what makes them beautiful. i also hope gwen let's them know this is just a "fun thing" to do once in awhile and that their natural hair is really the most beautiful.

Eh. If the kids are into it, then what does it matter? It'll grow back, and chances are they'll grow up to be pretty straight laced kids in the end.

Some of those pictures look pretty natural, and kids change hair colors as they grow older, but I don't think either of their parents are natural blondes. I think it's actually healthy for their hair color to match their mom's in terms of identity.

well in my reality, i need to back off from my earlier statement and let gwen and here children's father raise their kids in their own way.

parents should not be policed when it comes to raising their own children as long as they do not cause them physical, mental or emotional harm.

Well, right. I still don't think we can know what their natural color was, because genetics are funny, and it's not uncommon for children to have white, white hair and then have it go muhc darker as they get older. If their mom is known for her platinum hair, I think it's natural for her children to want to look related, or style themselves similarly. At least until they get older, and rebel all Alex P. Keaton style.

But yeah, the blue and platinum hair is chemical. I think it's fun. I don't have a moral problem with kids playing dress up.
