Star Trek Season One Mistakes

Ok I'm watching Season 1 of Star Trek and have notice alot of mistakes. I'm not talking about all the science aspect (The whole time travel paradox debate) but production flubs

Ok in the "man trap" episode crewman Sturgeon is killed but yet the actor playing him appears in 4 more episodes

In Mudd's women - When the women beam up there's a shot of Scotty/Spock/McCoy all staring at the women, then there is a close up of McCoy who all of a sudden is in sickbay wearing his surgeon's shirt then cut back and every one is in the transporter room. Later on the brunette vistis the Doctor in sickbay and it's the same scene as when she beamed up earlier.

In the "enemy within" you can see that Captain Kirk starfleet logo is missing on his shirt. When he beams up it is still missing but then when he walks in the hallways it appears again

In "The Galileo Seven" when Lt. Boma leaves the shuttle you can see a hand closing the shuttle door.

In "the cage" the transporter engineer glasses appears then disappers

Well that's what I notice from the first 20 episodes

I think there's supposed to be someone in charge of "continuity". Some are obviously better at it than others!

I see mistakes like that in "Seinfeld" too. Usually it relates to a character's posture not being the same between cuts - arms folded, then unfolded, then folded again, etc.

These are funny continuity or in some cases, like the dead crew member, fictional reality errors.

These were all remastered in HD right of the 35mm prints with new CG effects in the last few years, weren't they?

Also I'm not counting stunt doubles because Star Trek had some obvious stunt doubles through out the series (Even in the Next Generation).

How can some one not notice the Star Trek logo missing on the shirt?

Boone and Otter, and the golf bag. Watch where it is, and how they are holding/leaning on it in the various cuts. Clearly, that was at least two different takes.
