Just read this story about the guy in the Marlins jersey behind home plate for every World Series game, seems like a very rich and very lonely guy craving attention.

http://news.yahoo.co...27085--spt.html

It would be one thing if he was spending all that money on tickets for the love of the game, but when you see him having phone conversations during play and talking about "If I move to the owner's suite, my friends couldn't see me" you get the feeling it's an ego thing.

Ok, now I know that I wasn't hallucinating when I saw that guy in the Marlins jersey. LOL I was wondering what the heck he was doing back there with that bright orange jersey on. I guess he's an eccentric millionaire...must be nice.

Trolls be gone!

He enjoys being annoying. If he loves the Marlins so much, he could just wear a neutral-colored shirt and a Marlins hat, but no.

And it's interesting that he travels around the country to see sports games, but is not attending the games in San Francisco where his orange Marlins shirt will blend right in with the orange Giants shirts.

Edit: I was wrong, I'm watching the game right now and the dude is there in San Francisco wearing his Marlins jersey. lol

WS Game 5: SF 5, KC 0

W: Madison Bumgarner (2-0, 0.56 ERA)

L: James Shields (0-2, 7.00 ERA)

The Royals need some extra innings games so they can start winning again.

Yup, he's got tickets for every game of the World Series. And even the other night in S.F. when it was freezing cold and most everyone was wearing dark jackets, he insisted on wearing his bright orange jersey on top of his clothes so he would stick out. Dude is a huge egomaniac.

And if I may take one brief moment to acknowledge the significance of tonight ...

Come on Royals. Way to battle back in this series. A World Series title would give
the city a huge shot in the arm.

Congratulations to the San Francisco Giants. They won a game 7 on the road in a hostile

environment for their 3rd championship in 5 years. The Royals were game and came up

short. What a great series.

Whooohooo Giants! biggrin ! I'm exhausted after feeling a tad nervous all day that grew throughout the game, and then in the 9th inning I felt like I was going to lose it at the very end, when it became too close for comfort until the final out. Giants always finds a different way to win in torturous fashion. It's really bad on the heart. This turned out to be a really good series for a couple of wild card teams that weren't expected in the playoffs. As for the Royals, if they keep the core players, they should be in the hunt for years to come. They were great competitors.

What an amazing year for the Giants! Three World Series titles in five years...Wow!
