What if you could defecate a year's worth; for several hours consecutively?

If you start you can't stop, you have to let it out of your system. From the moment you finish you have exactly 365 days until next time. Your asshole will withstand it, but will feel sore for at least a day after the defecationSo what would you do if this was possible?
