Da Bears season is OVA. Bad coaching, bad execution, no special teams, and more holes in that defense than Swiss Cheese.

yeahthat

I'd add one more thing. I'm used to seeing the Bears being outplayed by their competition, but frankly they were outcoached today as well. I saw Cutler try to throw a bomb down the field four times in this game, and they only managed to get it down the field on one of those throws, and that was because of a pass interference penalty. One of those was on a 3rd and 2 from midfield, when they easily could have handed the ball off to Matt Forte and got a first down. I don't think Jay Cutler called that play himself.

One of the analysts on The NFL Today on CBS said that Jay Cutler and Tony Romo were essentially the same quarterback. They both have amazing skills and can be electric at times, but they both make poor decisions and can only muster a middling record (the Cowboys start notwitstanding). Also, each of them has only won a single playoff game.

Well Cortez Allen is now benched and that's 26 million down the drain

Pittsburgh Steelers bench Cortez Allen; McCain to start

Cortez Allen is no longer a starter, just a few months removed from a five-year, $26 million contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau confirmed that free-agent pickup Brice McCain will start over Allen this week versus the Houston Texans.

The move is not a shock for anyone that has watched Allen play this year. He's been picked on mercilessly, and gave up a number of big plays last week against Cleveland. Pro Football Focus ranks Allen dead last among all cornerbacks in 2014.

"Sometimes, there are ups and downs out there. I have great confidence that heâll fight himself through this and be a very strong player," LeBeau said.

Allen was also benched for a stretch of play last season and seems like a player that can struggle with his confidence at times. When things are going well, he can inspire his bosses to pay him long-term money. When things start going poorly, he crumbles. Unfortunately, that's been too typical for a Steelers defense that no longer does anything well, no matter who is to blame.

The Detroit Lions!!!! They should win the Central Division. If Stafford and Megatron get back

on track, and the Defense keeps playing like they have been, they could make some noise

in the playoffs. The Seahawks and 49ers have shown some weaknesses.

Dallas and Detroit, you must really look forward to thanksgiving

Absolutely!!! I get up at 4am to have the 30 lb Turkey and sides all done by NOON! That's when the family comes over and we eat and watch the Lions play. Since i'm the only Cowboy fan, I will usually DVR that game and spend the rest of the day with the family, only to sit and watch my Cowboys later.

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

Giants are having the same problems as the Steelers - a decline in talent over the years.

A win is a win but it left me unimpressed. The Steelers did what they had to

do get turnovers and score tds in the red zone finally but they still struggled

to sustain drives when they didn't get turnovers. With the lack of talent they have

on defense minus their last two first round draft picks can't afford to get behind with upcoming games against the Colts and Ravens. If that happens

then you take an important piece Bell out of the running game and the Steelers are forced to throw thus getting penalties, sacks, and turnovers which has been the Steelers achilles heel for much of the season.

Well I was impress with Brown, looked like Ward there throwing the touchdown. I sure do miss Shazier and Jones on Defense. The next two games will be tough, Colts destroyed the Bengals and I think the Ravens will win the AFC North this year.

Does anyone know why this week is supposed to be the last week of Thursday Night Football on CBS? This can't be because of Two and a Half Men coming back! Who is in charge of programming at that network. Why in the world would they only do half a season of football instead of covering the entire season?

That's a good question?? I guess it was just for only a temp thing until CBS line up returns (which is strong on Thursday nights). Now it said Thursday night game is now moving to the NFL network.

Who's ideal was to have Ben pooch punt the ball wacky ?????????? Dam if you are going to punt the ball then let the punter punt the ball, that's what he's getting paid for. If the Steelers do lose this game is because of Cortez Allen, who like phunkdaddy said sucks donkey balls.

I never liked those 1994 rugby throwbacks. They make the bumblebee unis look great. Of course they look good when you win. Good win. I never thought i would say this season that the offensive line is playing well especially with Mike Adams starting. eek Gilbert has been much maligned too since his disastrous first two starts. The Steelers need to seriously consider only let Cortez play in nickel and dime packages. He us the worst corner in the league and Steve Smith is up next. II will have nightmares this week to think the coaching staff would trust this guy to cover Steve Smith. Congratulations to Big Ben for today's record setting performance and win.

I wouldn't trust Cortez Allen in any position. He is ranked last in CB. He's got the height but just sucks, he gave up 2 two TD's today. I know Flaco will be throwing in his direction next week.

Damn, Pittsburgh hasn't looked that good in three years! And for all their issues, they're in the hunt for the division with a HUGE game against Baltimore coming up.

Has there been a WORSE QB performance than the one by Geno Smith?

In case you haven't already sat down and tediously navigated your television provider's virtual guide -- or, if you're stuck in 1997 and still use the old-fashioned TV Guide booklet -- Thursday Night Football moves exclusively to NFL Network this week. Live from Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., the divisional matchup will be the first of eight Thursday night games broadcast solely on NFL Network.

Jim Nantz and Phil Simms will continue to provide the play-by-play and color commentary, with Tracy Wolfson reporting from the sidelines. The pregame show starts at 6 p.m. ET on NFL Network.

The program was simulcast on both NFL Network and CBS for the first eight weeks of the season, and included exciting finishes between rivals, including a game-saving blocked kick to cap a 27-25 victory for the New England Patriots over the New York Jets, and a high-scoring AFC West game between the Denver Broncos and San Diego Chargers. The Thursday-night slate continues this week with New Orleans vs. Carolina before shifting to an AFC North contest between Cleveland and Cincinnati on Nov. 6.
