Why did NBC cancel such a great show? I thought John Malkovich's portrayal of blackbeard was wonderful. The whole cast was good. Really too bad...it was a cool show.

I liked that show

Blackbeard was in his mid thirties when he roamed the seas and got his nickname -obviously- from having a big black beard. John Malkovich is way too old and too gray to portray him.
