I love Tom Baker. He was my first doctor. Then I got to older episodes with the first doctor and worked my way forwards. I love Doctor Who.

Tom Baker was my first Doctor as well. KTCA Channel 2, Minneapolis' PBS station, would carry it at 5:30 PM.

Our PBS station wouldn't carry it until after 11:00 p.m. On Sunday nights.

And ran more than one episode at a time.

Even today, the Fourth Doctor is still my favorite Doctor, right up there with the Third Doctor & Tenth Doctor respectfully.

During the 1980's, WYES Channel 12 in New Orleans used to have Doctor Who on Mondays-Fridays at 6pm within a half-hour time block and Saturdays at 8pm for a two hours long time block. All of the episodes from the Fourth Doctor & Fifth Doctor era were shown a lot at the time.

Tom Baker was always my favorite Doctor. My kids are now into Doctor Who - 10th and 11th doctors - but have watched them from the start on Netflix. They own miniature Tardis', and my 10 year old daughter has a stuffed Dalek. They are REALLY BIG Dr. Who fans.

I was a child of the 4th Doctor era, but I think Matt Smith (11th) is the best to date.

I'm really not sure about the new one. Peter is a great actor, but the current scripts are poor.
