I did some throat spray yesterday. When I got home I looked through my stuff and found that I had some stuff for colds and also some turmeric pills that's supposed to help inflamation and also some echinacea. I feel better already from taking the turmeric. My tonsils (or whatever it its) feels much better and I can at least swallow without crying. I think it's a good idea that my doctor check my throat out since it feels like my tonsils hurt. Makes me wonder if it's because I was on a liquid fast last Sunday, maybe toxins are festering or something. Did I do something wrong?

And, thanks, I do feel much better.

good! glad you're feeling better. i don't know about the link between fasting and pain, seems like you might have something else, but i'm not a doctor

My daughter,she really into this stuff, was warning me when I first tried out the juicing fast that if I had anything lingering, such as an old cold, it would present itself. She tried to explain it to me, involving lymph nodes and stuff, I'm a little dense though so it kind off sailed over me.

Wow, really? Yeah, it didn't really feel like just my throat. Some glands felt swollen and tender. Glad I decided not to fast this past weekend and just eat regular. But gonna see the doctor tomorrow to check up. Pretty sure she might make me go take an ultrasound on my thyroid since she wanted me to a year ago. Just never got around to it.

I was watching homemade video from way back in 1986.Our family was in Battery park and then Statue of Liberty.I noticed something.People were hairier and slimmer,whole lot thinner.
