I was thinking he's guilty before...but then recently, I awoke in the night and got up to close the kitchen window. Suddenly I was startled by a noise coming from the hall leading to the bathroom. Fearing for my children's lives I grabbed some knives from the counter and started flinging them towards the darkness.

whew

In all seriousness, what if the noise coming from the darkness WAS one of your children? neutral sad

And could that not be exactly what happened to this man?

I don't believe it is. I read a lot about this when it the crime/accident first took place and that, in combination with current testimony, leads me to believe he is probably guitly. But as luv said, I'll wait until everything has been heard and the judge speaks on it before I decide for sure.

Why can't I get my second line to space? That's never going to be fixed, is it? lol

He shot 4 times and didn't miss
And that's because even tho he couldn't c thru the door he must have been able to hear her crying so knew where to aim

It was the last bullet that killed her - the first 3 wounded her

He nurdered her

...and they were HOLLOW POINT BULLETS.

The first one to strike her would have caused so much excrutianing pain that her screams would've alerted him to stop shooting.

I heard that he won't be allowed to take his legs to prison?

Perfect height in the showers!

I'd say, "damn that's fucked up"....

But so is shooting through a door not knowing who's on the other side...and so is getting pissed at ur girl, yelling and hollaring at her before shooting her to end an argument.

As Forrest would say..."fucked up is as fucked up does"

You'd think hearing his girlfriend say "ow" might have triggered a thought along the lines of, oh my girlfriend who wasn't in the bed next to me might be the one in the bathroom maybe shooting isn't a good idea.

I once woke up to find my wife's hands around my throat. She sleep walks sometimes. Scared the shit out of both of us. Glad I don't live in a country that allows me to have a loaded gun on my bedside table.

Oh, that will be messed up for him! I guess those titanium legs could be fashioned into several lethal shanks if the prison guards alowed him to keep his "tink tinks."

When I first heard this story I doubted his claims of being afraid of an intruder. Common sense dictates that if someone else you know is in your house and you hear a sound coming from the bathroom, your guest most likely is the one in the bathroom. You don't shoot the door in with three hollow point bullets and then hollar intruder. That doesn't make a bit of sense. Plus neighbors claimed they heard arguing, screams and shots. There's your evidence right there. They also showed him rubbing his eyes to make the crocodile tears flow. I believed he killed her knowing full well she was in the bathroom. He probably thinks that his celebrity, public adoration and sympathy will get him off, but the judge is the one who determines the verdict. If she finds him innocent, check her bank account... hmm

And when he repeats statements in succession it expresses a need to reinforce the notion of 'truth' in false statements.... wink

This is sad, but I kinda want to laugh. If you knew it was only 2 of yall in the house, and YOU weren't in the bathroom, who else could be in your house? This shit has all KINDS of holes in it.

I usally don't care for this kinda stuff, but I've been lowkey following it lurking

Plus wouldn't he notice she wasn't in bed when he got up to check the noise coming from the bathroom?

I never even thought of that...that right there just sold me on his guilt. I was a little wishy washy b4 I read that.

quite a few times during heated arguments I ran to the bathroom and locked the door to get away from my x

Otherwise midnight pees were with the door open or not locked

When my x hurt me he used to cry - oscar reminds me of him

It's a big sympathy act nothing else - he used to do it to make me feel sorry for him but he was never sorry for what he had done to me

sad
