I´m feeling great, just got back from the gym, did a killer workout, went to the steam room, I´m totally exhausted....drank two protein shakes today..some coffee...listened to good music. Now I´m relaxing a bit, want to make an omelette and take some supplements (zinc, magnesium). Probably going to meet a friend real soon. Maybe I´ll have another cup of coffee.

Ok..... Let me tell u what I'm doing now..... It's 5am and I've been awake since 4ish I woke up remembering I left the hose running last night I can't go turn it off until there is day light The tap nob is in this bushy dark corner where a hundred tree spiders live - they r of the very large fury variety and as much as I luv nature I don't want one jumping on my head..... Watching the constant rain run down my window whilst trying to work out plans 2 go see Prince & 3rdeyegirl in London! Cuz the announcement won't happen until Monday & I pray the tickets don't go on sale Mon-Wed during the day or I'm stumped!! I enter a time machine to go to work 4 it is in the dark ages.... No wifi or 3G = no concert tickets for me! Hope they either go on sale in the evening or Thurs/Fri when I'll b at home. Ahhhhh it's frustrating that we can't make plans until the very last minute! | |
