I'm going on a blind date, to my favorite museum (Kroller-Muller) on Christmas!

Just talked to him on the phone and I think it's an act of kindness for both of us. Anonymous, because we haven't met yet.

Does this count??

depends, if he's really ugly and you and you still let him get tounge... MAYBE lol

I had a blast! We had so much fun in the museum and the park with sculputres around the museum.

We laughed and joked and it all felt so comfortable and fun.

And yes, I kissed him, but he's a pretty handsome guy. So, does that still count?

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

if you take into consideration that one CAN do random acts of kindness for one's self

the anonymity would have to be the total lack of reconception (not knowin) that it would turn out

so well... so GOOD FOR YOU!!! don't let anyone tell you, you have achieved it...

A few days ago a lady in front of me in line was short and had to put back bread, milk, and eggs so that
she could get diapers and some cough medicine. I asked her if I could purchase the
bread, milk, and egss for her. She agreed and I paid. Couldn't really run away or just snatch
her shit up. lol

Today I was driving along and I saw a dog running. At first I thought it was chasing the car that was going by but then I realized this dog was oblilvious to the danger the car presented. This dog was a beautiful grey and white pit bull, very muscular and low to the ground. In my childhood neighborhood this dog would have been considered a fighter. I felt the fear but I stopped anyway, I didn't get out of my car but I rolled down my window and called it to me. Well the dog came right over to me in the middle of the street. There were several cars moving in the opposite direction and I reached out and grabbed the dog, who put her paws (claws) against my car door. A loving, goofy, big baby. I held it there when I noticed an out of breath girl and an older man get out of one of the cars. THANK YOU!!! she screamed. and then WAIT oh wait ROXIE!!! I held her dog until she came over with tears in her eyes. The man said your car is scratched. I said "it'll buff out, your dog is safe." and drove away.

it was wonderful.

Last Saturday I was in a long line at BJ Wholesale Club with my daughter. We were all chit-chatting making the most of it trying to be patient. There was a man in front of me with about 10 items, I had a cart FULL of groceries, and there was a frazzled young mother behind me with twin girls about 18 months and man those babies were crying. My daughter asked the mom if she could try to cheer up her babies, she barely nodded -- clearly she was stressed out.

My Laney got one of the babies to stop crying and smile and the man ahead of me offered to pay for my groceries. I thanked him and said no, he insisted he said he had just received an inheritance from his uncle. I said honey do you see my cart and he said this is on me and my late uncle. My bill was 450.00 and he swiped that card without a flinch.

I in turn paid for the woman behind me her bill was 375 she was in tears she said she knew her debit card was gonna reject or bounce because she knew she didn't have enough money to cover all she needed. Her cart was filled with formula, diapers, baby wipes, baby food and food items for herself.

A woman behind the young mother seeing what was going on sent her two teenage sons out to quickly get another 2 cases of diapers, 2 cases of baby wipes, a coffee grinder, coffee maker, and coffee beans and added that to the young moms cart and paid for it!

We were all in happy tears!! Including the cashier! Not so much a random act but more of a pay it forward..

Giving your cherry from your whiskey sour to a child should count? Right?
