Okay, I admit it. I am reading and loving the "Fifty Shades of Grey" book. It is a guilty pleasure (no pun intended) that is surprisingly engaging. It is actually a fairly well-written book. The author seems to know exactly what to deliver, in terms of keeping readers' attention. I am anticipating the movie, but in the meantime - as I read, I cannot help but imagine the music of Prince being the soundtrack. Has anyone else read the book and felt Prince tunes would enhance the various situations and describe the people in the book?

"Anastasia" - Ironically enough, it is the name of the main character.

"If I Was Ur Girlfriend" - She wants to be Mr. Grey's girlfriend, yet he has other plans for her.

"Love or Money" - The guy is filthy rich, buys her a car, and yet never asks for her love.

"Strange Relationship" - No one knows the details of their strange relationship.

"Face Down" - Okay, well, if you know the book, you can imagine this one.

AND THERE SEEMS TO BE DOZENS MORE APPROPRIATE OTHERS... (!)

It is too bad that Prince will not be involved in the "Fifty Shades" soundtrack - but as I am reading, I am making my own.

I don't see the Prince connection to this one.

I still haven't read these books. Actually had not intention to but I might have to just based on this to see for myself.
