For a minute I worked at an art gallery (in the mall) and I did a home show for this one couple who walked in. Dude was wearing purple-tinted acid-washed jeans...the next day when we went to his house...it was purple-themed as well. Not to the extent as the house in the link, but purple/mauve/lavender was EVERYWHERE. And all the artwork that they chose to have us exhibit had purple in it.

To top it off, they had their Interior Decorator meet us there! Yes, they actually paid someone good money to splash their home with purple!

I purple but that's WAY over the top.
