Your mention of Kato made me think of Race Bannon from Jonny Quest and Brock Samson from The Venture Bros.

I'd also add...

Robin

Barney Fife

Ed Norton

John Oates

Jerome Benton?

For decades, I thought I had imagined things. I swore up and down to folks that there was a Star Wars holiday special and Han, Leia, Chewie and Luke were on it. Only later did I find out that Lucas destroyed most copies of it.

But it has to be seen to be believed. Other than an ultracool cartoon which debuted Boba Fett -- a trippy, Heavy Metal -esque short -- it was . . . indescribable.n Brilliantly but indirectly parodied in a Christmas episode of Community.

Paulie was one of the few TV characters who i really felt was scary as hell. He had those crazy eyes and you knew you could get fucked up if you do something wrong.

And he was willing to do ANYTHING to stay respected and kill anyone as well... hell i rememebr a few episodes he beats up people for little to no reason like the gardner confused
