Losing a sister.. Last Thusday morning my sister passed away of sudden heart failure,she was 34,and I was with her. I think I am still in shock. She was fine,she had not talked about any pain,there was nothing to show that the next day,she would be gone. I still can't believe that she is not here.I keep waiting to wake-up,and tell everyone about this aweful dream I had.

When I read your post a chill and pain shot through me.
I lost my younger brother, also aged 34, and also total unexpectedly (massive asthma attack) last year.
I'm in tears here for you and your family. I know what you are going through and I'm so so very sorry. Once the innitial shock and pain passes it's still a long road and whilst it will never go away it does get easier. I still think about him every day. He was another orger though not in here much.
Your parents will need you to be a rock for them over the next year and you'll grieve for thier grief as well as your own which is really tough.
I'm sorry, I'm rambling but I don't know what else to say.
You're not alone.
