Evelyn Lozada is planning to marry fiancé Chad Ochocinco in a few months, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll be faithful to one another.

“I am a realist as to the world we live in. When your relationship is high profile and publicized like mine, I don’t put anything past anyone. Who is to say that either one of us will eventually fall into that temptation one day? We don’t know that,” Evelyn wrote on her blog.

“My thing is, I want to take my wedding vows and say, we want this to be forever, but you never know,” she said.

On a recent episode of “Basketball Wives,” a conversation between Ev and Chad suggested that Evelyn wasn’t opposed to the idea of an open relationship.

She focused on honesty from Chad, not so much faithfulness, and when he asked her about bringing another woman into their physical relationship, she did not seem to oppose the idea.

However, in the blog, Evelyn wrote more about fighting those extramarital urges.

“I am not condoning Chad for cheating... There will be temptation, but it takes a strong bond to defeat it,” said Evelyn, who believes she and Chad have such a connection.

“We do love each other and are both focused on making this work… I love Chad, my focus is him and vice-versa and we are going to do this thing and work it out,” she said. “There is an abundant amount of negativity and it isn’t easy. It has been a challenge, but this is my dude and I love him.”

She appears to have come into this relationship with one foot out, that never works.

Its my understanding open relationship don't work when you have "issues" either as a couple or individually. Nor do these type of relationships work if either party has an issue with the premise of an open relationship no matter how much they convince themselves they can deal with it. In other words the couple have to be rock solid and strong sense of personal security.

To thine own self be true. Reading between the lines is appears Ms. Lozad expected to be cheated on and was trying to psych herself to believe she could handle it. I maybe wrong.

Call me cynical, but with the way he so openly disrespects her on film (she is docile to the point of looking like a person with zero self-esteem when she's with him vs. the tough girl bully who wants to beat every other woman that comes on her show)---I'm chalking it up to her loving his money, his fame and wanting desperately to have a legitimized social status a star athlete's "wife" vs. the Hoop Ho moniker she's been stuck with through the years. I mean, who can forget the ever so sentimental way she announced her engagement (on Twitter, where she met Chad, no less):

"I'm no rabbit but 10 carats looks good on me!! Let the hating begin ▸▸▸▸▸▸▸ Let's go!!!!! "

Yup. Real love, pure and unadulterated, I tell ya. lol

So in other words one of theses publicity seeking ho's. Well damn, that's why it crashed and burned so quickly. I've never heard of this woman but it seems her 15 minutes is up. NEXT...and take her soon to be ex with her. lol

After seeing Evelyn in action this is COMPLETELY plausible. I can see her head butting Chad in an uncontrollable rage.

Forget headbutting, Evelyn is one of those chicks that will smash you with a 40 ounce and a frying pan if she can find one near enough to her. Hell, if I were a man I wouldn't f*** with her; piss her off and you might wake up like John Bobitt and find you don't have a penis.

One thing about Ev, is that she lknows how to channel her jump-off money and gifts she gets from dudes and take it to a whole 'nother level. She took about $500,000 from Antoine Walker to open that store after the broke up, and traded his Range Rover for a Porsche. Chad was a pretty flashy gift giver so you know she's going flippin' and turnin' the gifts and cash she's been stashin away into her next venture. It's been a downward spiral for Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson since Saturday night's domestic violence incident. Lozada filed for divorce today after just six weeks of marriage.

TMZ has obtained documents in Florida in which Lozada claims her marriage is "irretrievably broken." The two wed on July 4 in St. Maarten in a lavish ceremony that was set to be aired on their new VH1 show, Ev and Chad, before the network pulled the plug on it yesterday. Johnson, who joined the Miami Dolphins in June was cut from the team on Sunday after meeting with team officials.

Their domestic dispute began when Lozada found a receipt for condoms in Johnson's Maserati. He then allegedly headbutted Lozada leaving her with a three-inch gash on her forehead. She was treated for her injuries at a near by hospital and was released. Johnson was booked on domestic violence charges and was released on $2,500 bail.

Earlier today, Lozada released a statement about the incident saying, "I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me. It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefullymy take a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well."

Fortunately for both parties, there was a prenuptial agreement already in place.

Here's a shocker -- something actually lasted LESS TIME than Chad Johnson's marriage to Evelyn Lozada -- his endorsement deal with Zico coconut water ... because the drink company just fired his ass ... less than a month after signing him.

A rep for Zico released a statement today, saying, "In light of recent events involving Mr. Johnson, we have decided to terminate our relationship" with him. The "recent events" obviously refer to Johnson's domestic violence arrest this weekend ... after he allegedly headbutted Lozada.

The rep adds, "The values we espouse, through our employees, our customers and our brand, are central to our mission. We have taken this proactive step to demonstrate just how important those values are."

Zico signed Johnson on July 25th. Johnson married his soon-to-be ex-wife Evelyn on July 4th.

The downward spiral continues.

Was there something seriously wrong with Chad? I get why Evelyn wanted him so bad, but I didn't get what he saw her bringing to the table that he wanted her so fast. Unless something is wrong with him, like a little crazy and he needed somebody crazy enough to hook up with him to make him look legitimate enough to endorse. Cause these folks are dropping him like flies, like they don't even want to hear anything he's got to say. I mean I get the advertisizers but the team don't even want him, that's nutz.
