Passenger 57

It's showing on the REELZ channel right now. I haven't seen this movie in years even though I have it on DVD. It wasn't the most best movie in the world, but I've seen it plenty of times that I can recite some scenes. lol The movie has more cheesy moments than anything but overall, it's watchable. lol It's Wesley in his prime as well as Tom Sizemore. nod There was a Jack Nicholson look alike in the movie who played one of the villain's henchmen. The guy who played Charles Rain was hilarious.

Anyone else into this movie?

frankly, this is what Die Hard 2: Die Harder should have been

it's an old movie anyway, from what I call "the second wave of the golden age of action movies" (the 87-93 years)

I haven't seen it since the early 00's, I remember that the plot was too long, but solid for this kind of genre; it's basically a solid Die Hard on a Plane with Wesley Snipes

You think this is along the lines of Die Hard? hmmm Interesting observation.

To me, the plot was way to generic to be along the lines of a Die Hard movie...though the action didn't disappoint.

So you actually wanted to see McClane inside the plane huh?

I recall walking out of the theater in the first 15 minutes because the acting and dialogue were so bad.

well, the Die Hard sequels were certainly different than the original, which was "lone warrior trapped in a certain place (skyscraper) with a bunch of terrorists"

movies like Passenger 57, Under Siege 1 and 2 (crap) or Air Force One (campy) are a lot closer to the spirit of the original Die Hard than the actual sequels, specially parts 3 and 4
