He'd better hope that none of these masseurs videotaped the massage sessions eek It would be hard for John to dispute any video footage.

JOHN TRAVOLTA
Ex-Cruise Worker Claims
Actor Wanted Neck Massage ... and More

EXCLUSIVE
0514_travolta_report_Document-LaunchJohn Travolta asked a room steward on a Royal Caribbean cruise line to give him a neck massage in his stateroom back in 2009 ... this according to an official incident report obtained by TMZ, but the documents don't mention anything about any overt sexual overture on Travolta's part.

The steward, Fabian Zanzi, claims he was delivering something to Travolta's stateroom when the actor asked him for a neck massage. Although the report doesn't expressly name Travolta, we've confirmed the actor was indeed the guest in question.

Fabian claimed he obliged -- and Travolta "then told him he was a beautiful person and invited him to return to visit him later that night."

Fabian claimed he refused because of a strict company policy banning RC employees from fraternizing with guests.

Fabian reported the incident and was disciplined for the neck massage, which is a violation of the no-fraternization rule. He was subsequently fired.

Fabian now says the encounter was much more than described in the incident report, claiming Travolta opened his robe and gave him a big hug while his penis was erect ... and offered him $12,000 for sex and silence.

The video of Fabian (above) was shot yesterday.

Travolta's attorney Marty Singer tells TMZ, "The incident report now confirms Mr. Zanzi fabricated his story about my client. He never stated that my client did anything wrong. Obviously, if he had engaged in any inappropriate conduct he would have reported it to his supervisors."

We've reached out to Royal Caribbean -- so far, no comment.

John Travolta Once Banned From Peninsula Hotel Spa: Report

Celebrity News May 12, 2012 AT 5:48PM

A fourth masseur has come forward with sexual misconduct allegations against John Travolta.

Former Peninsula Hotel employee Michael Caputo tells the New York Daily News the actor, 58, was placed on the swanky hotel spa's blacklist for over three years because of "inappropriate behavior" around spa staff.

"Travolta would always request a man for his massage, but after a while no one would take him," Caputo shares. "It got to the point where they couldn't find any men to take him, and they had to ban him."

PHOTOS: Remember these crazy scandals?

According to Caputo, male employees accused the star of "removing his towel, grinding against the massage table and lifting his butt in the air."

"These are signs to a massage therapist he was trying to see how much he could get away with," the former masseur explains. "They went to management."

Following a complaint to hotel officials, Caputo says Travolta was eventually removed from the blacklist.

PHOTOS: See the Travolta family album

A rep for the Peninsula did not respond to the Daily News' requests for comment regarding Caputo's claims.

Prior to Caputo's allegations, Travolta's team was already debunking the claims of three other masseurs--a former cruise ship employee, as well as massage therapists in Atlanta and California--who came forward earlier this week with similar tales about inappropriate encounters with the actor.

PHOTOS: Sex tape scandals

Travolta's attorney, Marty Singer, tells the Daily News these latest accusations are nonsense, adding that his client has been back to the spa within the last six months.

"If he was banned, do you think he'd ever go back? He's never been banned, I guarantee you . . . The hotel never told John he was banned, and John never acted improperly," Singer argued, adding that Caputo is nothing more than a "disgruntled employee" hoping for his fifteen minutes

I'm sorry but the details are friggin hilarious.lol lol lol

I just saw on the local news that John is settling the whole deal out of court. The clip states that he will be paying the 2 suspects off.

I guess there's some truth to these allegations if there's going to be a quick payoff.

nod I agree. Settling out of court doesn't always mean that the allegations are true. Some folks rather spend less money doing a settlement rather than fighting it out in court which would cost way more. We all know Travolta got plenty of money, but he could also be the type to want to keep as much of it as possible. To some people, keeping more money in their pockets means more than thinking about what others are saying behind their backs. People are going to talk regardless.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

John Travolta Sex Accuser's Lawyer

Says His Client Is Willing To Settle;

For $250k!

By Jen Heger - Radar Assistant Managing Editor

The lawyer representing the Atlanta based masseur that is suing John Travolta for sexual assault and battery, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that his client would settle the matter quickly for $250k.

The unidentified masseur, made the blockbuster claims against Travolta, several days after another anonymous man filed a similar lawsuit against the Grease star, both men are seeking $2 million dollars in damages.

Travolta's powerhouse pit bull attorney, Marty Singer has denounced the claims of both masseurs.

The second masseur is being repped byOkorie Okorocha, the same attorney who filed the initial sexual battery lawsuit against the Oscar nominated actor. According to the lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday morning in Federal Court in Los Angeles, the second alleged victim claims that while working at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28, 2012, he did an in-room massage on Travolta.

"My client will settle for $250k to make this go away quickly and without having any further action being taken in this case," Okorocha tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "My client wants his life back and for that to happen at this point we would be willing to accept a settlement. I have been speaking with Marty Singer about establishing the ground rules for arbitration/mediation in this case. We haven't agreed on anything yet, or which private judge will hear the case. I want it to be one judge, Marty Singer would like more than one judge. These are sticking points that we can work out if this case doesn't settle. I haven't discussed any settlement figures with Marty yet but I anticipate we will be having those discussions very soon.

"Look my client is a very tall man, weighs about 300 pounds and is also a personal trainer so a private judge could absolutely look at him and wonder how much in damages he really suffered. If this could settle quickly, well, obviously, that would be the best result for all parties involved," Okorocha says.

The first man who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Travolta was dropped by Okorocha Friday. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the man admitted he was wrong about the date of the alleged attack.

Travolta has been married to actress Kelly Preston since 1991. The couple's oldest child, Jett, died in 2009. The couple has two other children, daughter, Ella Bleu, and their toddler son, Benjamin, born in 2010.

Marty Singer could not be reached for comment.

no, not at all. most lawsuits settle out of court. it's the best resolution, the one everyone hopes for. many times the contract which defangs the potential lawsuit will contain language specifically denying the allegations of the claim.

John's a coward. If he really didn't do these horrible things,he should be a man and fight these charges in court. He's wimping out and in the long run,he's doing alot of damage to his reputation.People are gonna assume that he paid these guys off because he's afraid of what would be revealed in court.

Sometimes you just don't wanna fight. Just because a case is settled doesn't dictate guilt. I know that's how it's spun but it's not always the case.

A settlement has not been officially made in this case. Supposedly the two lawyers have been discussing how they want this matter handled and that Okorie lawyer has been running his mouth off to Radar Online and the press about his client being willing to settle for $250k rolleyes lol

I can understand that. But I feel like,if you *KNOW* that you didn't do what you're accused of,why should you pay thousands of dollars to a liar who is ruining your reputation? hmmm It just seems absurd to me,and I felt the same way when Michael Jackson paid off his first accuser.

Of course,if John really *IS* guilty of these charges,I can understand why he would want to settle out of court. But I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.
