Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer for two masseurs suing John Travolta for sexual assault, claims that the actor is a serial gay sexual predator who hit on a number of male masseurs, who have contacted him about legal action.

The charges, made during an impromptu street interview with gossip site TMZ, ratchets up the war of charges and counter charges that have marked the explosive legal action since it was filed earlier this week.

Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer, has angrily denied the charges on behalf of his client, calling them a total fabrication. Earlier today, new evidence surfaced to bolster his claim that Travolta wasn’t in Los Angeles on Jan. 16, the date one of the masseurs said he was assaulted.

“I’ve been getting a lot of phone calls from a lot of men in the massage industry who have the same allegations, the same stories, who come up with facts that my other clients haven’t mentioned. There’s a lot of people coming out of the woodwork…. I’m going to be add more plaintiffs to the lawsuits,” he said. Okorocha countered.

He called Singer’s actions “comedic.”

Travolta was sued by a masseur identified only as John Doe No. 1, who claimed the 58-year-old actor made sexual advances toward him, exposed himself and masturbated during a massage session and touched him inappropriately.

The second masseur said Travolta also made sexual advances toward him during a in-suite massage in Travolta’s hotel room in Atlanta, Ga. Travolta was in the city on Jan. 28 when the incident was alleged to have occurred filming his movie “Killing Season.”

Okorocha, who reps both John Does, said he tried to settle the first case discretely and offered to go before a judge in private. But Singer blew him off. During initial discussions, Travolta’s lawyers conceded the actor was in L.A. on the date in question, he said.

Last night Travolta’s lawyer produced a photo and a restaurant receipt that Singer claimed proved the actor was in New York City on the day the LA incident allegedly occurred.

Okorocha said there is substantial amount of contemporaneous evidence involving hotel management about the incident and how it would be handled, including possibly banning Travolta from the hotel, according to the TMZ interview.

We checked flight records which show Travolta's jet took off from Los Angeles International Airport at 8:21 PM on January 15, 2012 and landed at 3:59 AM the next morning in Westchester County, NY.

The masseur's lawyer claims Travolta met the masseur in question at the Beverly Hills Hotel at 10 AM on January 16, but the flight records show differently.


We've also learned Travolta stayed at the Greenwich Hotel in NYC on the 16th. We posted pics of Travolta taken for a wardrobe fitting on the 16th in the late afternoon -- pics that were taken for his upcoming movie. Notice the photo showing the hotel bathroom ... the tile floor, the marble on the walls and the bathroom door match the photos in which Travolta appears.


Travolta also went to Mr. Chow in NYC in the evening on the 16th.

So the actor was firmly ensconced in The Big Apple during the time frame the masseur claims the assault occurred.

As the number of accusers increases againstJohn Travolta, the first man to claim he suffered from assault, sexual battery and sexual harassment at the hands of the A-list actor has released an exclusive statement toRadarOnline.com.

John Doe #1 filed a lawsuit on Monday against John Travolta, complaining that he was in a room at the Beverly Hills Hotel when the pre-arranged massage turned sexually inappropriate for him.

Travolta’s lawyer, the notorious tough Marty Singer, has vehemently denied the accusations from the start, saying they are “fiction,” and warning John Doe #1 and his lawyer, Okorie Okorocha, that they would be suing them in return.

On Wednesday, Singer exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he have definitive proof, including flight and hotel records, that prove Travolta was not in Los Angeles on January 16, 2012, the day the male masseur claimed the incident happened.

The following statement provided exclusively to RadarOnline.com is from John Doe #1 and is presented here in its entirety.

“As the unidentified masseur in the John Travolta case I have an opinion that I wanted to share.

“I don't think anyone should form any opinion about Mr. Travolta, his family, his council, myself, John Doe #2, and our counsel. Instead, I would urge everyone to understand that guilt or innocence in our Justice System is decided by our court system. Too often these matters are decided by swaying public opinion through elements that would never be considered in an actual court case.

“For instance, a photograph, a restaurant receipt, testimony, and other things that may or may not constitute proof have strict guidelines that must be followed. A fine example is the amazing number of guilty people that escape their crimes due to the mishandling of evidence. Is it disappointing, of course it is, but it is a price we must pay in order to have a justice system that runs in a constitutional manner.

“In consideration of that, I ask the public to not judge anyone, and allow all parties to work things out in a respectful and dignified manner, and if these matters do go to court than only that final decision past appeals, etc should be considered a definitive statement on 'guilt' or 'innocence'.

“Despite the circus that celebrity matters seem to spiral into, we should grant all parties involved a wait-and-see attitude, and wait for either the official decision of a judge and jury, or the possibility of a dignified discussion between people who are not pit bulls, or aces, or anything, but are actually officers of the court (lawyers) who have sworn an oath to protect the justice system from losing its blind lady of justice with scales and replacing her with the days of Salem Witch Hunts.

“Even though Mr. Travolta and his counsel are on opposing sides in this matter, I do wish them good health, happiness, and want them to be judged with absolute fairness as our great nation affords all citizens regardless of their wealth or station.

“In closing, I want everyone to understand the reason for my statement is not to comment on the case, but to merely remind the world that everyone involved is a human-being we all fall short of the glory, but we all have rights granted by the sacrifices of our forefathers, and in that spirit I ask everyone to not make comedy, or light of this serious matter, and lets all thank god we have the right to even deal with matters like this in a organized and fair system without allowing this to become a circus.”

A costume designer who shot the photos of John Travolta at a New York hotel says there is no way in hell Travolta met up with a masseur in L.A.. the same day.

Denise Wingate, who worked as the costume designer for Travolta's movie, "Killing Season," tells TMZ she was in the actor's New York suite at The Greenwich Hotel for most of the afternoon on January 16 -- the day a masseur claims Travolta sexually accosted him at a Beverly Hills hotel.

Wingate says she took a bunch of pictures -- including the ones TMZ posted -- during the session that lasted around 3 1/2 hours. She also says 4 other people were in the room with Travolta and herself.

Wingate, who also fitted Robert De Niro at the hotel the same day, says Travolta was at the hotel almost the entire day, running his lines for the movie.

As we reported, we also obtained the flight plan which shows Travolta flew out of L.A. the evening of January 15 and landed in New York in the early hours of the 16th.

Wingate says any notion that Travolta was in Beverly Hills on the 16th "is absolutely absurd."

The whirlwind of sexual harassment charges facing John Travolta continues to intensify, as yet another alleged victim has come forward with claims against the "Pulp Fiction" star.

This time, however, it's former cruise line employee, rather than an anonymous masseur, who's making the allegations. As RadarOnline is reporting, Chile-born Fabian Zanzi, formerly of the Royal Caribbean cruise line, accuses Travolta of accosting him and offering him $12,000 for sex. Zanzi says he refused.

Cruise Law News translates a report from the South American media outlet ABC.es, which quotes Zanzi as saying, "[Travolta] had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage."

Zanzi also told the site that he reported the incident to his Royal Caribbean supervisors, who not only did not believe him but instead confined him to his cabin. He was later fired by the cruise line.

RadarOnline.com was unable to confirm media reports that Zanzi has officially filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Travolta.

It's been a tough week for the 58-year-old star of "Grease" and "Saturday Night Fever." On Monday, a masseur identified as John Doe #1 filed a lawsuit alleging that Travolta not only masturbated in f...ills Hotel on Jan. 16, but also suggested a threesome with "a Hollywood starlet" and told him that he "got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his 'Welcome Back, Kotter' days," according to TMZ.

A day later, a second accuser -- who is said to have worked at an unspecified Atlanta-based resort -- came forward with nearly-...cal claims, stating that Travolta "would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open and had a full erection and would maneuver in a way to try to force [the plaintiff] to touch his anus and around his anus" during a scheduled massage appointment, according to RadarOnline.

TMZ then published photographs and...nt receipt, reportedly received from "Travolta sources," that were claimed as proof that the actor was actually in New York at the time the masseur said he was assaulted by him at the Beverly Hills Hotel in California. John Doe #1 responded by issuing an unusual statem...adarOnline, urging the media and Travolta's fans to adopt a "wait-and-see attitude" on the case.

Even though he's being hit with one sexual harassment allegation after another, John Travolta is maintaining his innocence. The "Pulp Fiction" star has, through his high-powered attorney Martin Singer, denied Fabian Zanzi's claims that he accosted the former Royal Caribbean cruise ship employee in May 2009.

"This is just another ridiculous claim by someone hopping on the bandwagon to get his 15 minutes of fame with a story about something that supposedly happened over three years ago," said Singer in a statement to Celebuzz. "Significantly, we never heard of this guy before." He added, "The fact that we are only hearing about him now through tabloid gossip stories three years later speaks volumes."

About the incident, Zanzi told Chilean TV news show "Primer plano" that it happened when he was still in charge of VIP guests. He then detailed that Travolta "said that I had something on my neck, I thought it was lint. When he got close to me, he took off his white robe and he became naked. He hugged me and asked me to give him a massage."

Zanzi further claimed that Travolta offered him $12,000 in exchange for sex, which he declined. According to media reports, the Chilean-born man reported the incident to his supervisors, but they did not believe him. They even confined him to his cabin and subsequently fired him.

Before Zanzi came forward, Travolta has been slapped with lawsuits filed by two anonymous male massage therapists. One accused the "Savages" actor of making sexual advances at him in a Beverly Hills hotel on January 16, while the other one claimed to be harassed in Atlanta on January 25. Both allegations have also been rejected by the actor's lawyer.

Yeah,I remember hearing many stories involving John and male masseurs,as well as the story about that male porn star claiming he had an affair with John in the early 80s.

Admits He Has Wrong Date

The Plaintiff who filed a bombshell lawsuitagainst mega-star John Travolta is now admitting that he got the date wrong of when he alleges the Grease star made unwanted sexual advances towards him,RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting. John Doe # 1 still maintains the attack happened, however.

Travolta’s lawyer has insisted from the beginning that it was impossible for the actor to have committed the alleged assault on that date because he was in New York City and called the claims “fiction.”

According to sources close to the case, John Doe #1’s account of the incident remain the same, but in a significant positive development for Travolta his accuser now says the date on which the alleged assault took place was not January 16, 2012, but actually an earlier date.

“It was a miscalculation,” one source claims about the wrong date being in the lawsuit. A second source believes that the date change will not drastically affect the lawsuit filed against the star.

"The lawsuit will likely be amended, but this doesn't change the facts of the lawsuit,” a source connected to the case told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“John Doe #1 gave very specific information, and staff from the Beverly Hills Hotel will absolutely be included as witnesses in the case.The source pointed out that Travolta’s lawyer Marty Singer has been a pit bull against the claims, with Singer telling RadarOnline.com that they had flight and hotel details that would prove that Travolta was not in Los Angeles on January 16, 2012.“Let's not forget John Doe accuser #2. It's very interesting that Travolta's team hasn't gone after him,” the source pointed out.

With two lawsuits now filed against Travolta, the source said that even though the original date was wrong, they aren’t going to withdraw the suit, which accuses the actor of assault, sexual battery, and sexual harassment.

“This case will absolutely proceed through depositions and to a trial. The lawsuit can't and won't be thrown out because the date was wrong by the first John Doe, which will ultimately be up to a jury to decide. Both accusers are ready to go public, and aren't afraid of John Travolta, and they will see this through to the end," the source said.
