And that's what i like so much about this.

I thought that at first too. I feel like my life consists of kids, work and home.... boooooooorrringggg!

BUT I watched this this morning and it's stuck in my mind a little.... and thinking about it now there are probably 10 one-second snapshots that I could list just for this afternoon that are pretty cool - driving through the beautiful English countryside with the car windows down, sitting on the decking at my friends house laughing hysterically, seeing my kids stumble out of their classes as they struggle to carry their bags, coats and lunchboxes, all 3 of us singing and dancing in the car on the way home from school when one of their favourite songs played on the radio.... and right now - watching them playing in the garden, laughing and chasing each other.

Sometimes maybe we're just looking at our lives from the wrong angle.

I have planned MANY a getaway...but can't follow thru b/c of my broken wallet. I dunno...I put money in it, and it seems to just fall out or disappear.

Planning a family trip to Myrtle Beach this summer. That's 85% sure.

Wanted to attend the "mini org hookup" in Amsterdam, but doesn't look like that's happening.

The Food Network had a Food&Wine festival in South Beach a few weeks back, and I came this close to skipping my car payment and booking the trip.

I dunno. I'm thinking that - God willing - after my cousin's son recovers from his operation I may take a mini-trip down to Florida again to visit - spend a few nights w/ the fam (free lodging) and maybe a weekend in South Beach.

I'm happy you feel that way, because I know my world sucks right now. That video actually inspired me to do more to be honest.....
