Personally, I don't feel very sexual after a long stanky workout, but I can see where some women get turned on and aroused by a sweaty dude. It's a pheromone effect where some women are attracted to the musky scent of a man. While this may make some women's panties dripping wet , it makes others want to vomit, not necessarily because the sweaty dude is especially foul smelling, but because some people react to scents and odors differently.

I think I would be flabbergasted, disgusted and soaking wet all at the same time.
