Ok it allo started with the Chris Rock show back in the 90s. He had this featured guest (character) called Pootie Tang who spoke complete and utter jibberish and Chris would always say "Nigga what the hell you talkin' bout?" It was too hillarious. Anyway the character was so loved that CR made this movie about him. He's some kind of speech impediment having/pimp/superhero who takes out the bad guys with his belt. Lawd it's too crazy and funny. One of those movies you're almost ashamed to love. The thing is, he don't make a lick of sense but at some point you find yourself actually understanding that mofo. There are clips on YT but I couldn't upload them here. You gotta check it out. Def a WTF type film.

I'll bet it was virtually impossible for anybody to ask for tickets to this movie without smiling.
