When will the BBC Luther series be on TV again?

I have a serious crush on Idras Elba after watching the first season of "Luther." When will it be back on Brit TV and, more importantly, where can I see it in the U.S.? I don't have cable. Can't wait for Netflix. Please tell me, Britain orgers, when will Luther be on the air again? Also, while I am at it--where can I see East Enders? It isn't shown here--not even on PBS anymore! I want my East Enders! Why won't the BBC make it available via internet to American viewers?!! Youtube! With a payment! I want my East Enders!!! neutral razz lol
