Allen Iverson to police: 'Do you know who I am?'

By Katie Glaeser, CNN
April 8, 2011 7:01 a.m. EDT
Allen Iverson apologized to police after he went on a expletive-filled tirade during a traffic stop last week in Atlanta, Georgia.

ia (CNN) -- Former NBA star Allen Iverson launched an expletive-ridden tirade against police when a car belonging to him was pulled over for a traffic violation last week, at one point telling the officer, "Take the vehicle, I have 10 more," according to a police report.

Iverson, 35, was a passenger in a grey Lamborghini, spied by an Atlanta officer changing lanes without signaling about 6 p.m. on March 30, according to the police report obtained by CNN.

......

"Take the vehicle, I have 10 more," Iverson said, according to the report. "Police don't have anything else (expletive) to do except (expletive) with me." He then asked, "Do you know who I am?"

.....

Iverson then said, "I make more money than you will in 10 years," according to the report.

Clisby, the driver, asked the officers, "Would you want to pay $10,000 for a tag?" the report said.

The car was towed,

yeah well, that's because arrogant people such as AI feel they don't have to. That's also why there are so many accidents on our roads.

When I heard about this story, they said AI jumped into his Rolls which a friend was driving behind the Lambo. He's such an ass lol

And in other news, Lebron's drunk ass mama strikes again disbelief

LeBron's Mom In Valet Parking Rage Bust

APRIL 7--LeBron James’s mother was arrested early today for battery and disorderly intoxication after she allegedly struck a parking valet in the face during a dispute at a Miami Beach hotel.

Gloria James, 43, was collared by cops around 5 AM at the Fontainebleau hotel, according to a Miami Beac...ent report. While James was arrested, she was not booked into jail and did not have to pose for a mug shot.

James, who is handcuffed, is pictured at right in a photo taken outside the Fontainebleau by a crime scene technician.

Police allege that the altercation began after James confronted the valet, Sorel Rockfeller, and asked “Where are my fucking keys?” James continued “yelling profanities” at the valet, who explained that he had given the keys to the valet cashier because, though James’s car had been ready for 30 minutes, she stood talking with friends as the vehicle sat running on the valet ramp.

Then, “for no apparent reason,” James allegedly “struck the victim with an open hand across the right side of his face.” In the process, James lost her balance and fell to the ground.

When a cop later asked James for ID, she refused. James, who was sitting in the passenger seat of a vehicle, then “began to yell at the other female who was the driver, ‘Don’t give him anything. Don’t give him my purse.'” James, the officer noted, “had bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol on her breath.”

While at the police station, two other cops tried to speak with James, who remained “very uncooperative” and said, “I’m trying to trust you but I don’t trust your kind. I don’t trust that officer who arrested me.”

It is unclear what “kind” James does not reportedly trust.

James was cited for the two misdemeanor counts, and was released into the custody of an executive with the Miami Heat, the NBA team for which her 26-year-old son stars. (3 pages)

Allen Iverson's Lambo in Lock-Up

Allen Iverson's sick Lamborghini is sitting in an Atlanta police impound yard ... after the former NBA superstar got pulled over last night ... TMZ has learned.

0331_iverson_lambo_EX_TMZ

Atlanta PD confirms Iverson was a passenger in his silver 2009 Lambo when they pulled over the ride because it had expired dealer tags.

Police impounded the whip and gave A.I. a ticket.

By the way, after Iverson got his belongings out of the Lambo -- he slipped into another car ... his friends were following in an even sicker Rolls-Royce.

That's just how he Rolls.

It's stories like these that always remind the bulk of society that no matter how far some of us have come up in the world that you can still be a low class, arrogant, drunken n-gglet. Just that now you're a n-gglet with an expense account. Pathetic!

Maybe, but it still doesn't mean I wanna see all that inside joke shit on a thread about a dumb basketball player's shenanigans or on every thread that either of you post on. You could easily start a thread of your own to chat to your heart's content or take it to Org notes. Having to skip all your comments to each other that don't apply to the topic can be cumbersome especially if it's on numerous threads. It's a distraction IMO and when I see it I usually don't go back to the thread.

And it's not just you guys I've noticed that a lot of cliques around here engage in this type of jacking so I typically just avoid their threads cuz I already know how that's gonna go down. shrug

"Do you know who I am?"

"Ya, you're the loser driving around with expired tags and I'm the cop about to give you a ticket and impound your car because of that...are we clear now?"

It's always funny to me when people pull out the "I have so much more money than you" card. Like, who the fuck cares what you have? You think the cop was upset by that comment? lol
