That's too bad. That really messes with a lot of people's lives/paychecks.

He's really an out of control mess. And wow, he even managed to throw in a slight antisemitic jab there too. What a prick.

Honestly, I've never understood the appeal of that show. I've never found it funny at all.

It's odd that Chuck Lorre went through a similar situation with Brett Butler on Grace Under Fire. He sure can pick his leads.

I didn't see any anti-semetic comment. Charlie Sheen sucks, especially those goddamn bowling shirts he wears. lol He needs an attitute adjustment.

It's from the radio interview he did. It's in the news report that's in the link in the OP.

Sheen thought he was untouchable because he had the #1 sitcom. He thought he could say and do whatever he wanted knowing the money he generates is huge. But the one thing Hollywood frowns upon is ANY hint of Anti-Semitism. He should've know that. That's the first rule of thumb in Hollywood. You can can hurl slurs about Blacks, Asians, Latinoes and catch hell, but you can still come back from it for the most part, but when you throw an Anti-Semitic slur out there, you're pretty much fucked and done.

"Two And A Half Men" is a fairly funny show, I enjoy every episode I watch - although I make no special effort to watch it. I think it's probably good the show got pulled, Charlie Sheen has become much too full of himself. Yank his 2 million dollar per episode salary, and within 6 months he'll be just another broke-ass crackhead looking for a place to sleep.

Charlie better wake up and smell the coffee... quickly.

I wish wish wish wish wish wish Jon Cryer would get a spin-off where he finally moves out,

and takes Jake and Berta with him. He could carry it. He was the funniest person on that

show anyway.

Talk about ungrateful. U know how many actors in Hollywood would love to be in his position? Its a simple case of too much money = too much power. Bravo to CBS for pulling the plug on the show even if it may be temporary to show that prick that he is not untouchable. He has caused so many people to be unemployed because of his childish behavior. He is the top paid actor on TV acting like he owns CBS.

That said I do love the show & just recently in the pass few months got into it. The show is well written. Jon Cryer should get a spin off out of this. Get rid of Charlie and let him go to HBO and get his mega deal there...

From reading the article, the show isn't "canceled." They just canceled the remainder of the season (so far).

Either way, I'm like u guys, give Jon Crier the show and let Charlie go off in2 oblivion.

I like the way you put that, gonna file that one away for later use, lol.

That "kind of drug" is probably "POWER", and the networks have given him much too much of it. He's gonna have a Hell of a time getting off of it. Right now Charlie feels like his booty is golden, and he sure as Hell has noticed everybody kissing it, lol. A guy like Charlie Sheen wouldn't miss something like that, lol.

booty!

Charlie Sheen Says He is Moving to HBO to Do His Own Show for $5 Million an Episode

Posted Feb 25th 2011 04:45AM
Charlie SheenUpdate: Despite previous reports that Charlie Sheen inked a series deal with HBO, a rep for the company tells PopEater there is "no truth to this." Get the full story. ►►

Sheen is not taking the news of Warner Bros. and CBS's decision to suspend production of 'Two and a Half Men' too well. In a message to RadarOnline.com, Sheen called the decision "crazy" and "sad" adding that he was moving to HBO to do his own half-hour show titled 'Sheen's Corner.' The deal would reportedly get him $5 million for an episode.

Sheen is already the highest paid actor on TV earning $2 million for each episode of 'Two and a Half Men.'

Sheen reportedly said, "I'm close to securing a deal with HBO for a 10 show guarantee. It will be epic, all types of guests, and we will focus on the truth and the absurd!" Radar notes that HBO could not be contacted for comment.

Radar is also reporting that Sheen accepted a challenge to prove that he is clean and sober by agreeing to undergo a drug test on Monday. Sheen said, "I'm so confident where I am at and that these faceless names can't touch me ... I know that I will pass the test and prove my detractors wrong."

Early Thursday, Sheen slammed 'Two and a Half Men' co-creator Chuck Lorre, calling him a clown in a radio interview. Later in the day, in an interview with TMZ.com, he went even further, saying he hated Lorre.

"I violently hate Chaim Levine [Chuck Lorre]. He's a stupid, stupid little man and a p***y punk that I'd never want to be like. That's me being polite. That piece of s**t took money out of my pocket, my family's pocket and, most importantly, my second family -- my crew's pocket. You can tell him one thing: I own him," Sheen ranted to TMZ.

Mere hours after Sheen's second interview, CBS and Warner Bros. Television released the following statement: "Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen's statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of 'Two and a Half Men' for the remainder of the season."
And the drama continues.......................

[Edited 2/25/11 14:26pm]

Update:

HBO: Charlie Sheen Is Not Getting His Own Show

No HBO Show for Charlie SheenCharlie Sheen is apparently blowing hot air about an HBO series deal that he claims would net him $5 million per episode. A rep at HBO tells PopEater there is "no truth to this." Sorry, Charlie!

In a message to RadarOnline.com, Sheen said that he was moving to HBO to do his own half-hour show titled 'Sheen's Corner.' Sheen said, "I'm close to securing a deal with HBO for a 10 show guarantee. It will be epic, all types of guests, and we will focus on the truth and the absurd!"

Obviously, Sheen is in denial and not taking the news of Warner Bros. and CBS's decision to suspend production of 'Two and a Half Men' too well.

CBS has apparently had enough of the actor's antics, especially after throwing lewd comments at 'Two and a Half Men' producer Chuck Lorre. Talking to TMZ about Lorre, Sheen said, "That piece of s**t took money out of my pocket, my family's pocket, and, most importantly, my second family -- my crew's pocket. You can tell him one thing: I own him." On Tuesday, PopEater's Rob Shuter exclusively reported that CBS finally had enough of Charlie and were having internal discussions about carrying on 'Two and a Half Men' without its biggest star.
