Yeah she does look like a fool for saying that shit.

Yeah this hurts her case without a doubt, but I don't agree with the idea that it's open season for anyone and everyone to ogle, harass, discriminate, etc. Because of a choice and statement she made 7 years ago. I guess that woman that went up to Mike Tyson's room at 3AM deserved anything and everything that might've happened because she was clearly looking for attention...

Really? What would you think if a woman wanted if she showed up at your hotel room at 3am in her underwear?

Of course, she's going to get harrassed in sweat clothes, especially if they say "Tits on a Stick" in the butt.

Without knowing her job performance, I don't know who to believe.

I believe she was written up several times, and her failure to comply would techinically leave her employer to fire her because of insubordination and/or non-compliance.

I don't think job performance is her issue, maybe the performance(s) of others around her because she causes so much distraction. lol

Doesn't matter what I think of her attire and intentions, if she expresses that she is no longer interested, my thoughts on what she wanted won't mean shit. No means no, right? But don't ask me, ask Mike.

I'm sorry, but if this is really what you mean, this is a scary comment.

So chick dresses hot for her bf and another man rapes her but she has no credibility because she put it out there?

Yikes.

If she's dressing hot for her boyfriend, wouldn't her boyfriend be present, thereby lessening the risk of her receiving unwanted attention?

Uh...guess so...so without him actually present changes things?

Let me be clear: I don't think there is any justification for sexual assault.

But, yeah - if you walk around showing your shit off and someone makes a comment, you are at least partly to blame.

Human nature is human nature. Some think human beings have gotten beyond it (or should be able to). I don't.

Well, I guess if she deserves the harassment, they equally deserve the consequences for their actions and this is why this woman is then rightfully suing.

right, so the comparison to being raped for dressing sexy doesn't really seem appropriate, nor does asking if she deserved to be harassed.

I KNEW IT IKNEW IT! I CAN SPOT EM A MILE AWAY. I live in Cali y'all....we got more silicone than larry King got alimony payments! It's quite common place and when you are a big boobed woman like myself who grew up around natural big tits then had friends who got boob jobs well....you learn to recognize the fake from the real at first glance. Just and FYI...the less skin you have to work with...the tighter and stiffer the fake tata and if you don't get a lift with your implants they will look a little more real than if you do get a lift.

Banking beauty Debrahlee Lorenzana had two boob jobs, wanted to be stacked like Playboy Playmate

Debrahlee Lorenzana playfully uses fruit to demonstrate her preferred breast size in 2003 TV series called 'Plastic Surgery New York Style.'
Debrahlee Lorenzana playfully uses fruit to demonstrate her preferred breast size in 2003 TV series called 'Plastic Surgery New York Style.'
Lorenzana wanted to be a cross between Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra.
Lorenzana wanted to be a cross between Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra.

Turns out those assets are inflated.

Debrahlee Lorenzana, the bombshell banker who says Citigroup canned her because men couldn't stop gawking, repeatedly went under the knife to get her brick-house build.

A Discovery Health Channel series chronicled Lorenzana's pursuit of plastic surgery perfection, in which she described her desire to be stacked like a Playboy Playmate.

"That's what I want to be: t--- on a stick," she titters in "Plastic Surgery New York Style."

Her ultimate goal, she says, is to be a cross between Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra.

The four-part series, which aired in 2003, features a then-26-year-old Lorenzana as she prepares for her fourth plastic surgery - a boob job by Dr. Kaven Alizadeh that she hoped would make her a "huge, double-D" with "very perky" breasts.

"I love plastic surgery," Lorenzana said. "I think it is the best thing that ever happened."

At the time, she already had had a tummy tuck, another boob job and liposuction.

A TV crew followed the curvy Queens mom on her "determined manhunt" in which she gushed about finding a blue-eyed dreamboat with the looks of a George Clooney or Ben Affleck.

"He'll be happy because I'll be looking like a little Playboy Playmate," Lorenzana chirped into the camera.

At another point, she giggles as she holds up two giant melons in front of her chest.

The amply endowed single mom made headlines around the world since news broke of her suit against Citi, which she says retaliated against her for complaining about leering male co-workers at herManhattan branch who couldn't handle her workplace clothing style.

Her lawyers insist her admitted love of plastic surgery does nothing to change her case against Citi - or her complaint that new employer JPMorgan Chase is trying to shut her up.

"Whatever her assets are, they don't have a right to comment on them or objectify her," said lawyer Jack Tuckner.

The series tracked Lorenzana before her surgery at the Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, which followed the birth of her son.

"Does that mean it's open season on a woman because she had her hair done or her nose done?" said William Sipser, another of her lawyers.

The luscious Latina has said Citi honchos ordered her to quit wearing clothes that accented her curves, and transferred her when she went to human resources.

Lorenzana seems to be craving male attention in the Discovery series, as she tries to convince Alizadeh that bigger is better and talks about her family's resistance to more plastic surgery.

"It's my body," she said in the video. "So whether they like it or not, I [couldn't] care less about their opinion."

In a court of law...it all comes down to credibility. When you make flaming allegations against your employer, and then you mention the don't hate me because im beautiful crap, and then you are seen on a reality TV show holding melons to your tits......any judge with 1/2 a brain is going to see right through that, and not even think about rewarding her any money. That case is closed, and now she probably will end up losing her job at Chase. Women who get boob jobs, generally do not feel adequate with their own God given bodies, and they feel that they are lacking the attention that they see other women get. This woman was all about attention, and that was clear before this new article was even posted. Oh well, hope she's saving up her money. I betchu that scum bag of an attorney that she has will probably drop the case now.

This is a great post and I agree with much of it. However....

If she got a boob job to make herself more attractive to men, even certain men, but the harassment she experienced came from women....does she still have a case? I think so. It's one thing to be a distraction to a man...it's another thing to be a threat or competition to a woman.

good point, you both are right about that.... but we all digress because like Genesia pointed out rape is not at issue.

This woman is claiming discrimination because she's too beautiful... that situation is a whole different can of worms.

Great point! Working with miserable people with low self-esteem issues can be downright ugly (men or women).

If a woman is beautiful why would she automatically assume that the women around her hate her? Is it in her head? Are they harrassing her? How exactly?

Harrassment is hard to prove, and she's got a tough uphill battle because unless a woman actually hits you, proving discrimmination is quite difficult.

Getting the side eye is not grounds for suing an entire company IMO.

It is a huge assumption on anyone's part to think that this is what the problem was. I would like to believe that she works with mature adults that just don't want to see a woman with erect nipples flirting her way through her work and customers.

In the right atmosphere her look and style could be what brings in business at a different company, but in the banking world that tends to be full of prudes, her look and style may not be welcome at all, and she may have even gotten complaints because of customers not liking her look.

I know for a fact, if a customer complains, that's it. The boss has to take action, because at the end of the day its all about making a profit. Customers come first.
