mixed with 20% USP alcohol

ha ha....sold!! nod

but seriously ....if you exercise and eat 50 calories a day, had better lose some weight, I am kinda tempted to try it since you have first hand testimony that your friend lost weight. But I get severe hunger pains!!! It would definitely have to regulate my hunger!

A few friends paid $1500 to go through a program here in Dallas. I went to the consultation with them to get the scoop cuz I'm nosy. They lost on avg 1-2 lbs a day for 40 days. Very strict diet tho. They did injections I don't know anything about taking it orally. This is the program they used, which is a doctor monitored program

It must be totally unhealthy to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time.

The difference with using hcg vs just limiting calories alone is you don't get the hunger pains. At least that's what my peeps said.

Yeah lol

Best advice for losing weight is to see a doctor.

You don't know if any of that weight loss stuff in stores will do damage to your body. A good healthy diet and exercise is better.

Eating 500 calories a day can not get you the nutrition you need just to sustain your body functions. I don't see how any doctor can recommend this. disbelief

I'd be interested in their opinion. Doctors actually administer this diet to people, so clearly there are doctors who will do it. It makes me wonder, though, if they're after money or the health of their patients. I suppose one could argue that if there are enough health problems caused by obesity that it's the lesser of evils, but I never believe that drastic diets are a good thing.

I have had friends try this diet. They lost quite a bit of weight, but their health suffered from it. Also...they ended up gaining the weight right back. I agree best way to lose weight is working out, and eating healthy.

Really, doctors prescribe patients with hCG specifically for weight loss? I'm surprised. I mean, something like T3 is for thyroid issues and people use it for weight loss but no doctor's going to give it to someone for that.
