so im thinking the following things for my room.

a mixture of baroque/rococo with nature-flowerly elements. my key colors will be that of burgundy or rose red or woody colors.

what do you think does that sound kinda cheesy? if it does, i don't know i still like it?

do you guys know like sites, where i can buy like beds or bed sheets in the style of these things i've said. or any website(like your bed bath and beyond type of site)

or anything that will help me decorate my room better.

No problem! I know how hard redecorating can be -- I'm doing it myself right now.

I'd start checking any site that carries bedding. JCPenney, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linens and Things. Macy's, etc.

I'd go more for rose wood, or cherry wood colors, opposed to the burgundy. It's very 90's, and looks dated. There are deeper reddish colors that would work for you. You could go with a rich golden, buttery yellow on the walls. The stripped fabrics are easy to find at JoAnn's Fabrics, or a similar place. Fabric sometimes is cheap, $1 or $2 a yard. Make your own curtains. It's not hard to put a seam in things, even if you use the Stitch Witch stuff (just REALLY make sure it's adhered properly).

Also, another technique that adds majesty and height to a room is to put your curtain rod near the ceiling, opposed to just over the window frame. If you're making your own curtains, you can easily tailor this. I did this about 5 years ago in my old place over the patio door.

The fabric over the bed is easy to achieve too. They make rings for that purpose at hobby or fabric stores.

I always snap up fabric or a tasseled trim that's on sale or clearance. I buy the whole bolt if I know there's enough to work with. I can always use it later (and often do) to make curtains, or whatever. You could also buy a yard or two here and there, and make your own pillows, or recover a chair or a footstool to unite different pieces.

Remember, when you're using picture frames, etc, that even if the style of the frames are different, if you paint them all the same color, the color unites them. So if you have a golden wall, go for an off antique white frame color. Just get the spray paint and paint all the frames. The matting should also all be the same color to unite different pictures.

Calendars are a great way to find pictures to frame. I just framed two huge cat paintings from a calender in my living room. I saved the calendar just for that reason. You might still find 90% off calendars in the mall, if the kiosks are still open and trying to get rid of merchandise.

Oh. Also, remember this for any room.

A room should have four colors, by default.

1) Main color that is obviously the primary color
2) a strong accent color, meaning the second most prominent color
3) accent color, used in pillows or accessories here and there.
4) "punch" color. That one unique, but not garish, color that is in one or two, maybe three places at most.

Example:
Main: Golden/Buttery Gold (walls, in some bedding)
Strong Accent: Dark Red/Dark Rose (sheets, bedding, trim)
Accent: antique white (bedding, framing)
Punch: muted olive green (one pillow, or a throw over a chair)

And remember....every room should have some black in it. It grounds the room. Doesn't have to be a lot, but it could be in a lamp, a pillow, curtain tie backs...something like that.
