prayers for my best friends brother...
he has been ill off and on for a while (complications of diabetes) and he has just had another heart attack!!! 2 hrs and they still cant transport him to hospital 
my friends husband lost his mum on the weekend , this is the last thing that that poor family needs right now  seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before   | |

I could really use a quiet evening at home, with a good movie (The Black Swan is on TCM) and a bowl of popcorn.

A good dinner, some clean laundry and a looooong night's sleep.
I'm getting all three tonight. The first of two loads of laundry is already in the machine, I have the fixings for a frittata at the ready, and I plan to be in bed by 9 at the latest.
