Have you contacted doglost?

Contact the dog warden in the area lost and surrounding areas.
Contact all dog rescues and vets in the area and surrounding areas.
Try contacting Beverely from dogs today magazine ( http://www.dogstodaymagazine.com/ )here is her blog: http://www.coldwetnose.blogspot.com/ she may tweet, post on her blog or even put in the magazine about her, she may offer you advice as well.

I will post on some of the dog forums for you.

She is microchipped, but she is very timid and won't let anyone near her to catch her. Once someone gets hold of her, they can take her to a vet or RSPCA and they'll scan her and get her back to us.
