Dexter, 4th season (might be spoilerish)

So is anybody watching the new season of 'Dexter'? What do you think? I think it's absolutely amazing again. I'd say best season after the first one. I love it. The fifth episode was great. Loved Debra's nervous break down scene and of course the tension at the end. Last Sunday's episode was great, too.

Isn't he some kind of serial killer?

The show is based on a series of books by Jeff Lindsey: http://en.wikipedia.org/w...8series%29

He's a serial killer who kills serial killers. Like a serial killer w/ morals. He was taught a "code" to live, and kill, by from his father (who still appears in "Mental conversations" throughout the show). He was adopted by a cop who found him and his sister in a murder scene, in 3" of blood (having been there for 2 days like that). That's why has an obsession with blood, and works in blood forensics for the Miami PD. His sister is on the homicide team. He kills the people the police are looking for, forever leaving it as a mystery. He kills them, chops them up, and dumps their remains in the ocean, never to be seen or heard from again. There's a lot of narration from him that tells you what's going on in his head. It's a VERY good show.

Michael C. Hall, who plays Dexter Morgan, was on Six Feet Under. A few of the people on the show had regular casting on HBO's OZ (at least 3 that I've counted).

Correct. And at the end of season 1, he found out who his brother was (dating his adopted sister) and killed him. That was the best season so far.

With Deb doing her investigating of the informants her father was possibly screwing, i'm POSITIVE that Dexteer is the Biologiol son of Debs father.U follow me. I think one/or the informant that dexters father was messing around with is dexter's mom. I wish i had it on dvd...they show the pic on the file in the season four episodes, but i don't have have anything to reference it with. It givesw reason to know why dex's dad was so intuned with dex's "gifts" or whatever. I think that's why he was a cop. He knew this son was gonna have the same issues and did what he could to adopt the kid and even why he was there to save him.

what do y'all think...people who have read the book...lemme know if I'm wrong or right in an org note

One bright day in the middle if the night,
2 dead boys got up to fight.
Back 2 back they faced each other,
drew their swords and shot each other
A deaf Policeman head this noise,
he came and shot the 2 dead boys.

Besides the suspense and moral and psychological questions imposed, I also love the humour of the show. Mazuka (sp?) is such a great character!

On New Year's Eve in 2008, he eloped with Jennifer Carpenter, who plays his character Dexter Morgan's sister Debra Morgan on Showtime's "Dexter
