who the hell left 2 3 year olds, alone in a car, with access to a car jack, long enough for one kid to lay the smackdown on the other kid?!? This story sounds highly suspicious.

his mom will dramatize him about the event more than the actual event its self.

which IMO is the case with most things, other peoples opinions and reactions make things more dramatic than the actual event.

I dunno man, being smashed in the face 11 times is pretty dramatic - no matter who does it to you.

Would you really remember that much about it when you were 17? I think only if you are constantly reminded.
Plus i think people are really resilient and bounce back from drama quite easily.
Only when others put their impressions/feelings on others to think or feel a certain way do we seem more susceptible to making a bigger ordeal out of loss and compensation or revenge. shrug

I do think that serious trauma resonates in a person forever in some way or another. And yes, I think at 3 you can remember even when others aren't constantly reminding you of it.

I'm not saying the mom isn't feeding into it...I dunno. I just think that the incident is pretty serious.

i think its serious enough to warrant compensation. i just think his mom will add more to the to the drama in the long run than he would typically remember.
