Atlanta Housewife's Fiance Stabbed, Killed In Strip Club

ATLANTA -- Kandi Burruss, the newest cast member of the hit reality show, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” is coping with the tragic death of her fiance, A.J., who has been featured regularly on the show.
Burruss' publicist, Lisa Nelson, confirmed to WSBTV.com reporter Brian Johnson that the incident has left the Atlanta housewife stunned and speechless. Nelson, who represented Burruss during the taping of the show, told Johnson that the family is asking for privacy during this very difficult time.

Man.....that is really sad. I love Kandi. She seems to be the only genuine one on there. Why is it all the bad things happen to the good ones. That poor girl. I wish I could just give her a big HUG. And what about his kids. Can't remember how many but I know there were a few.....Sad, very sad.

First, I'm shocked and dismayed that this would happent to anyone. My prayers are definitely with Kandi and his children.

But, on the real, IMO this seems too random to be random. Since he owned the joint and the dude arrested was an employee this is not like a stranger walked up to him and killed him. They obviously knew each other. Plus, AJ was a former drug dealer so there could very well be more to this story that we may never know and no motive has been found yet so ain't no telling what really went down.

And I ain't trynna be ugly but even I know that a former dealer owning a skrip club is right up there with owning a car wash, rim shop, auto detailing joint. It's Wash that Drug Money 101.

I believe Kandi said it was AJ's nephews that were in a car and hit by a drunk driver. I believe Kandi said one of the nephews was in critical condition. Not sure if anyone actually died in that crash.
