Ipod Touch I am thinking of buying one of these. How exactly do they connect to the internet?

Apple probably felt a video camera would give the touch too many features similar to the iphone and since it's cheaper, might cannibalize sales. That may or may not change by Christmas. I have a first gen touch and LOVE IT! The newer one's are even better. More storage and cheaper. | |

I know my mobile uses my network but how would the Ipod touch work outside of my house? I don't get it? Any advice? Thanks As cuddles says the iTouch comes with wireless/bluetooth networks. You can connect to free Wifi were available or you can access any network you're signed up with. The apps are amazing in depending on your interest..... you can find a  app for it. I just signed up to Skype, using my iTouch as a phone. depending the package you choose you can make unlimited calls over landlines and mobiles.
I'm waiting after Christmas too to buy another as well, fingers crossed Apple with have added a video camara. ===== [Edited 9/30/09 12:22pm] Be very careful how you treat people: You know where you've been but you don't where you're going. |
