Acquired tastes

I'm chillin' in a library now and eating my smuggled-in lunch. I decided to try a slice of toasted almond cream cake for dessert. I just ate my first fork-full and OMG! drool

I can remember a time you couldn't pay me to put an almond in my mouth! shake They were revolting. But now I've no idea what I was thinking!

Are there foods you love now that you used to hate? Or vice versa?

I used to think salmon was repulsive.

Until I tried it a couple of years ago. Now I eat it almost one night every week.

I know kids can be weird when it comes to food, but finding almonds of all things revolting is VERY weird.

I got this tart-honey frozen yogurt 2 months ago and thought it was GROSS!! and tasted like stomach acid.

However for some reason, lately it's been tasting kinda good, like cheesecake flavored stomach acid or something
