STRANGE THINGS you own.

So I've been borrowing my room mate's D-SLR (Cannon EOS Rebel XTi) that she may or may not be selling to me ( ) and i've been trying to get the hang of it.

I have a lot of weird things
and I love them all some are given to me from friends' travels, others I find at work usually...

anyway, the combination of wicked awesome camera plus rad objects made for quite a nice sum.

I'm posting them right here, right now.

we get soooo many in at work!

yes, and you are supposed to position them a certain way in the room, to "bring the luck in"

My granny would freak out if she came in the living room and saw her elephants were going the wrong way

I hand raised, from conception through helping with the birth and all the 100rds of hrs dedicated to raising and training a beautiful paint filly named Babe - I held her as they put her to sleep in her 3rd yr, results of a tragic injury that took out her weight bearing rear tendon ...



ANYWAY This was one of her back 2 yr molars and my Dad had my initals added to it and a loop so I could wear it or hang it as I pleased

OMG I got exactly the same chinese balls!!

I collect little Buddha statues. I really need to get me some more of them.

Also got a whole heap of other little figurines lying around my house all over the place. They add a cool vibe to everything.

I have an empty pharmacy bottle that once contained 500 Quaaludes.

I've also got a can packed in 1963 that contains Cold War civil defense "survival biscuits." According to someone who opened another can recently, the biscuits are still edible, but not very tasty.

Oh, and somewhere here I think I have a spare backstage pass from a Milli Vanilli "concert."

I have a small collection (want more) of Fischer Price "Little People" I keep in my studio. The wood ones, like when I was a kid, not the plastic ones.

I also have some "Wonder Woman" stuff including a child's Halloween mask from the 70's.
