If kept natural then looking after your body and skin is essential to minimise sagging and marks. If augmented with silicone then under the muscle is best option otherwise will end up with porno boobs and it's not that attractive, they look too fake, whereas under the muscle creates the natural teardrop shape which is so becoming.
