Do you believe in one true love? (Some may call this 'soulmates'. You can talk about that concept, even if we've kind of covered it before.)
You'll be ok, you just haven't met me yet. Can a 'true love' exist one-sidedly? That is, if you broke up with a guy, and he goes on to say and believe that you were his 'true love' (maybe the one that got away), yet you don't reciprocate, you don't feel the same, can that really be true love?

Would you be willing to be friends with someone who believes you are his/her true love? (I have to make this one sided, because I don't know why two people who believe they are each other's true love are not together. So school me if you know differently.)

One will always be clinging to the hope of getting in the other's pants at some point and only hangin' 'round for that reason. You might be able to be just-friends down the line. ...After years apart. ...Once at least one of you's come to the realization that long-term relationships rarely work.
